The Misfit - Flash Activity Tracker is a good basic fitness band. It does as expected to track my fitness (by indicating with the lights) and reminds me to get active. This is basic and simple, but fits my needs.

It does its job. It is a great first activity tracker to buy in case you want to invest more money on one which is more expensive. The app makes it easy to track your sleeping and activities. Over all satisfied.

The Misfit - Flash is really good, for 29 usd is superior than the UP24. The App is not as good as the one in UP24. Overall, I am really happy with the way this tracker Works, and you don´t need to charge the battery.

The misfit flash definitely has some things going for it - particularly at its price point. It tracks steps and does a reasonable job of sleep tracking. Unlike Fitbit - I left a fitibt one for this - it integrates with Apple's health kit which means that if I only have the phone or misfit the activity all gets captured. Yes, the display is sort of cheesy but you can get it to tell time if you practice a bit. Given the price I'd recommend it and did (gave one to my father for a Christmas present).

It's light weight which is great and syncs really well to my iPhone 6. It also syncs to my employers Virgin Health Miles program. I also like the option of wearing it in a watch band or a clip. They both work well.

This is a great tracker for someone starting out. It's cheaply made with plastic but what can you expect for the price. It functions all the same as the original shine except just plastic and not metal like that.

This product counts steps but doesn’t have the perks that many activity trackers have. It is affordable though and the battery lasts a long time.

Super simple, and eat to use. Sometimes does not track some things. Missed mysleep one night, and my cardio once as well.over all is good for the money.

Helpful for logging activity. I purchased cause it is the only "waterproof" tracker. All others are "water resistant"

I got this for my mother for Xmas. The first one I got actually wouldn't sync up with her phone. But the return at Best Buy was painless. This does most of what the more expensive bands do and is easy to use.

Purchased 5 of these as gifts. One is completely dead - guess they are not waterproof, two others the plastic bands cracked in the first month. Really love the product and information it provides. We have them tied into MyFitnessPal app. We started a group weight loss program and our own group in myfitnesspal. Great way to connect activity to the Myfitnesspal app. Really love how it monitors sleep and has caused me to pay more attention to my sleep and activity level. Quality needs improved.

I bought this tracker for my college student to help encourage her to stay active while at school. It works great for the price point, and I like that it doesn't need charging like most other bands.

My daughter got this. She swims competitively and wanted water proof. Multiple swims, so far, and still working great. Shows the time, but the light up dots are a little hard to figure out sometimes.

The band for this item broke after only one week. It is difficult to know how accurate it really is, but it was a cheap option for an activity monitor.

Does a great job of tracking activity and love the sleep tracker. Only wish the disc clipped into the wrist and the clip on better. Already lost the clip on. Luckily not to much to get new ones.

For the price this is a great tracker...bought it on sale after Christmas for only $24.99. Only wish there were more aftermarket bands since the ones it comes with are very cheap plastic

I watched the introduction of the Shine with great interest since it was developed by "Apple" guys, but I was waiting for Misfit to work out the bugs. Then came the Flash and it was the right device at the right price. I'm a walker, not a runner, and was looking for something simple to motivate me to walk more. I wasn't interested in social media aspects, keeping a diet log (I use W.W. For that) or sleep tracking, so I'm not using those functions. But, for a simple pedometer that talks to my IPod Touch, I'm very happy with the Flash. Other than a bad battery that I had to change earlier that I had expected, it has been trouble-free since I got it on 12/27/14.
