It meets my basic needs and is decently accurate. It tells me how many calories I burn and how many steps I have taken. I thought it would be cheap but I love the clip and still havent even used the wriststrap.

Sleep tracking is automatic and very accurate compared to Fitbit. You can use it while swimming and track activities like soccer and basketball besides running and walking. It only has a mobile app, not desktop.

I bought the Misfit to see if I would actually use it before I invested in an expensive one. The wristband broke within a day but I used the clothing clip with no problem. It tracks your steps and is easy to use.

This tool is easy to wear and simple to gauge activity each day. Also measure restful sleep and light sleep. Don't know how accurate it is but it can at least give one an idea of what is happening in the body.

Very easy to sync to app and start using. Tracks several types of activity and sleep cycles. Love having the option to wear on the wrist or use the clip to attach to waistband, shirt or shoe. Even better, battery operated so no charging required. Change the inexpensive battery every 6 months or so. Your app shows you where your battery level stands. For around $30 it's a great deal!

It does most of what the expensive watches do for significantly less money. It is sleek and it's nice not to have to charge it. It will sometimes only show one dot instead of however many I've earned, but syncing fixes that and it's only happened a few times. It does not have the smart alarm, but it picks up on when I wake up in the middle of the night and for how long. My only complaint is that I've napped during the day a few times and it doesn't log that. Ha.

The item was purchased to help me keep track of the the number of steps I take each day and the hours of sleep I received at night. I am able to use my IPad to generate a running list of both.

Got this for half off and it works very well, the only down side is that I broke the bracelet within two weeks. Other than that, its awesome

This is a great fitness tracker. I love that it's designed to resemble a watch, it's a little more subtle that way. It's also nice that it has multiple attachments so I can clip it to my clothes if I don't want to wear it on my wrist. I would caution people to pay attention to it if it's not on your wrist though, I've had a few close calls either dropping it and not knowing and forgetting where I put it. Otherwise, the app is clean and simple, and I've had no issues with connectivity or switching modes. Pretty simple to use and figure out.

Love that you don't have to charge it and you can wear it in the shower. The only negative is that it sometimes pops out of the band.

For the price this is a great tracker...bought it on sale after Christmas for only $24.99. Only wish there were more aftermarket bands since the ones it comes with are very cheap plastic

I love this tracker. The color is great! The company makes several accessories for it. What annoyed me about my Fitbit One was that it did not have a wrist band other than the sleep one. The Flash band does not irritate my sensitive skin unless it's too tight. The only things it doesn't do is automatically sync with my phone and have a silent alarm.

The product is great for the price. Be careful, the product can fall out of the wrist band. The wrist band is plastic so it breaks easily. Other than that, it is awesome!

A very good activity tracker for the price. Easy to use and simple to understand once you add the application to your smart phone and follow the directions given on line or in the rather brief instruction list in the box. I would recommend this to folks who are a bit more tech savvy then some and will not get flustered easily if they cannot find every single detailed instruction immediatly. But it is easy to use once the app is installed and you get the hang of it...takes a few days of use to really understand how everything works. Mine cost only 19.98 on sale and after a 5$ rebate...so I am a happy camper !

Could not enjoy the Misfit Flash to its potential. The wrist band is weak where it holds the flash in place and broke in half within a couple of days. My friend also brought one and experienced the same problem. I replaced mine twice and she did three times. Best Buy was great in helping with the issues.. We both upgraded and got the Shine and we have had no problems with it after a month wearing it 24/7. If the wrist band issue was resolved the flash would be worth a try.

This is simply the best value for an activity and sleep tracker. Cheap, and does what a $100 fitbit does. The battery is a standard watch battery which is nice, I bought this for my mother who isn't tech-savy at all, she doesn't need to remember to charge it and she already knows how to replace the battery because its exactly like a watch. The only negative I had was the device doesn't have a "premium" feel and took some effort to push into the wrist band the first time.
