It’s a great movie for the kids and they will have a good time watching it plus there are a few good scenes that will make the kids laugh.

There isn't another animation studio like Laika. They're stop motion is insane, almost as if you're watching a CGI movie.

Because Disney and Pixar are so prevalent in this genre, movies like "Missing Link" often get overlooked. That's a shame. Thankfully, this little gem received some love from the Golden Globes when it won the award for Best Animated Feature, which secured a deserved Oscar nomination, too. Hugh Jackman voices one of those Great White Gentlemen Explorers from Great Britain's storied past who desperately wants to discover something that will earn him entry into the exclusive membership of the Royal Society. He latches onto the quest to find Bigfoot, but in a nifty little twist, he doesn't have to look far because Sasquatch, voiced by Zach Galifanakis, aka Mister Link, finds him and together they embark on a journey to discover the Abominable Snowman, the relative Mr. Link so desperately wants to meet. Complications arise, of course, in the guise of a hired assassin (voiced by Timothy Oliphant) and a spurned lost love (Zoe Saldana) who join the quest. The animated effects are first rate, and the action is frantic enough to keep kids old and young glued to the screen.

We loved this in the theater and were happy to make it part of our collection. Really fun cast and creative animation.

It's a movie for everyone . Teaching that determination to get something done isn't always easy but an accomplishment.

Beautiful animation, solid voice cast, certainly not the best Laika produced animated film, but still a delight to see.

The studio is all you need to know. Sad to see they've stopped making movies, but at least they did make movies.
