the tablet wont work, that I purchase for my grandson for Christmas. Going to try to return it to the store here in Waco

The kids got a tablet for Christmas.. Within the first day it stopped working...without any thing happening. Best Buy CS said it had been dropped but we have super thick carpet and if it was dropped it fell maybe a foot. If something can "break" so easily it should not be sold. I expect better quality and am disappointed my granddaughter only got to use her present one day.

I was not very satisfied with this tablet. The features aee great but the quality is not up to par.

I bought this item as a Christmas gift for a 7 year old thinking it would be a good starting tablet for a child. As it turns out, this tablet is terrible. I guess they're right when they say you get what you pay for. It's very slow, and doesn't respond to touch screen as it should. Better off paying the extra 40 dollars to get the name brand product.

Bought 2 of these for Xmas for my young boys they are slow turning on and they freeeze

It was my worst mistake to buy an item that was not a known brand. I was able to download Netflix and after that I kept getting errors. Needless to say my kids can only watch Netflix and the battery life is horrible they have to pretty much always be charging it.

Purchased for a 14 year old. He is enjoying the product and it provides the ability to download his entertainment features. Additional memory on this item is recommended.

I decided to purchase this unit for a second device I could throw in the glovebox and not worry about. it does email, internet browsing and even phone calls (via wifi). I looked at the Amazon offering, but opted for the Android version of same. It's no iPad, but does offer the basics for a low price.

This is a nice tablet for the price. Got it for the hubs for Christmas. He's having issues with it not playing videos, which is fine with me because I find it very annoying anyway.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter, had a lot issues trying to download apps had to factory reset the tablet and still had issues. The camera quality is poor and overall screen is poor

Purchased for last thanks giving and before this year thanks giving , arounf three months back, got powered off and not switching back again. Dead and no use.

brought for family member for xmas. they cannot download, error messages that will not go away. reset back to factory still error messages. will be returning to best buy.

I bought. To have to read books and play a few games. It gets hot fast and uses battery fast

We are having a lot of problems with downloading games. We are getting 491 error and we are unable to get this error fix.

For someone just needing this to play games or read, it's excellent for the price.

Purchased this item as a secret santa gift, and the specs are great for the price.

You cant download nothing unless you keep doing factory reset becuz of a 491 error other than that for the price it is good for surfing the web

This tablet is a lot of fun. I use it with my wifi in the house, and when I'm traveling. Easy to use. I like surfing the web with it and I like the size a lot. Easy to carry in my purse and easy to use when wifi is available at resturants and fast food places. I highly recommend this tablet.

Good for browsing the internet not for games play store doesn't open error msg 491 comes out no help from best buy or geeks squad
