Love the new MLB The Show. Really fun game with The road to the show and franchise modes standing out. The franchise has a ton of options that I think make for a realistic franchise experience. Try the fantasy draft to really mix things up! Road to the show is also really great with the ability to jump to your player on the field or at bat, instead of playing as every single person on the field. This speeds things up. The one frustrating point is the defensive game play. I changed it back to classic mode because the meter throwing for defense legit caused an error on 2 out of every 3 plays. It made for a frustrating game. Other than that, the game play is fantastic!

Some of the controls are too complicated for a baseball game. A lot of the fielder movements are choppy and cause late throws or missed catches. Hitting has advanced controls that don't work at all. Gameplay overall is pretty good but not close to 2k baseball game.

The franchise continues to improve while adding relevant new features. The pitcher/batter interface is one of the best of any baseball game. Top players look like their real life counterparts and stadiums look dead on (for the most part). Some will appreciate the new way to speed up games and even the ability to control a single player 's offensive/defensive activities. If you enjoyed the previous games, you will enjoy MLB 14. If you are looking for something radically different, you will be disappointed, as MLB 14 add some tweaks and features, but it very closely resembles MLB 13.

this game is ss good, we keep playing day and night. the graphics are great and it's easy to play. I would buy for the whole family. it;s a must have

I have owned almost every version of The Show, starting back in 2007. This game is the reason I bought my first PSP, and eventually a PS3!! The in game play is so realistic it's crazy!! Definitely worth my $60, I'm buying it for PS4 when I buy one in a few months too!!

Right out of the package MLB 14 The Show didn't disappoint. For starters the graphics are so real it's like your on the field with your favorite players. The realistic stadiums are unbelievable and the commentary from the press box is entertaining.

One of the best MLB games Ive played so far. Didnt think I would even get into it the way i did, but the graphics are amazing and gets me on my feet. Super excited! Way to go Sony finally what we been waiting for. Otilio-Azusa, Ca

Great game! Every time I been playing baseball all my life and this game still makes me feel Ike I am in the game. Great graphics with all the real stadiums and old stadiums. I can't wait to play this fame again.

Overall this game is great! It's the best baseball game on the market and is the main reason there is no 2K game this year. I haven't been home yet to update the rosters to current but new rosters did come out today (April 8, 2014). It's a little maddening to load a game on opening day and watch the Cubs play Mike Olt at 3B and there was no Mike Olt in the game. Hopefully that's fixed, especially since he has MLB Service Time already. Can't stop playing this game and it's so much fun to play by yourself, online, or with friends. They've also added some new features to RTS.

Bought this for a Christmas present for my son, aged 12. He loves it and says the graphics are excellent. He would play this all day with his friends and older brother if I would let him.

Yes this game is my favorite of all the mlb the show games because you get to watch the pitcher throw the ball and it feels like you are at the real game I can't stop playing it.

I'm a big fan of the mlb games. A lot of people complain about the length of the games and I agree that it's too long. I'm not a fan of this new addition starting an ab with a count already. What I find a bit frustrating about this and most mlb games is with the effectiveness of changing the settings (sliders). If I turn down foul frequency all the way and turn up strike frequency why doesn't it happen? Why is there still a ton foul tips in every ab lengthening the game and driving up my pitch count. I see this in many of the mlb editions. That being said I always enjoy the gameplay, the graphics, and the franchise mode. It's a quality game.

Incredible game! Everything I wanted and more! A lot of people say it's a lot like MLB The Show 13 but I think it's so much better!! Must Buy!

The game is fun to play but if you played the previous MLB the show games than it can be frustrating at times because the controls and the video camera view is different from the previous games and it takes getting used to.

I still enjoy playing this years edition of The Show, but I think if they don't make changes soon, someone is going to come along and steal their thunder. Especially on XBOX. Thanks for a good purchase anyway!
