Recently updated to a PS3. As a baseball lover I was extremely excited for the release of this game. Graphics are clearly better, but the only play is horrible. The server get too busy and delays plays. It is impossible to hit o4r even field when this happens. Not to mention that twice playing onlone has frozen my system. Great game if being played offline. But dont buy it for the online play.

Overall, this is probably the best baseball game ever made. The graphics are second to none. Between the authenticity of the stadiums, the players and the player movements, its like watching a real game. However, the one thing they did not fix is the fact that its still way too hard to hit on any level above "Veteran". I mean you can guess the pitch and location and time your swing perfectly and still ground out. Obviously that's going to happen from time to time, but it seems to happen all the time in this game. Also, the computer's defense is beyond ridiculous. It's near impossible to get a ground ball out of the infield. Forget trying to shoot a ball through the 1st or 3rd base hole. The 2B or SS will make an unbelievable diving stop every time. Same goes for groundballs up the middle. The one thing they did fix for this year is that its easier to hit a ball into the gaps. In last year's game, the outfielders would run everything down. Again, this is one of the best (if not the best) baseball game ever made, but if you're looking for a game that's easy to play, look somewhere else.

2010 the show is the greatest baseball game ever. the graphics are amazing, and so fun to play. I had a xbox 360 and i got rid of it because i wanted the show. it is so much better than the 2k baseball games they are just horrible so if you want the greatest get the show you wont be sorry

Perfect for REAL BASEBALL FANS. If you dont know the game of baseball (fundamentals) you will pay the price in the game. Very REALISTIC!!!!! Great learning tool for youngsters learning the game of baseball.

The million dollars that was talked about above me is for MLB 2k10. They need a million dollar ploy to take people away from buying this game. Believe me, buying 2k10 to try and win a million bucks isn't realistic, but this game is. Good luck and enjoy the game!

Seems the graphics have stepped up knoch. Its a fun game as always when your in the mood for some baseball, but the games are just as easy to win as the old ones. Its a simple play the game as it was created to play, nothing more nothing less. No complaints here

I have been buying the MLB The Show game every year since it came out in 2008 and have yet to be disappointed. When i bought this game, I couldn't wait to take a look at the Twin's new Target Field. When I played a game there for the first time, I felt like i was sitting in the stands eating some peanuts watching the game in Minneapolis. The new base running controls make the game more challenging by making you use the analog sticks instead of the R1 to go back and L1 to advance. The Home Run Derby was also a nice addition to this year's game. I recommend that you go out and buy this game and join the fun.

The game is the best you're gonna find when it comes to platform gaming. The Show beats 2k sports year in and year out. If you have a ps3, get this game. If you have a 360, im sorry.

just like last years game ,but still good, i would like to see the ball through the batters eyes,ESPN has that feature on their baseball game so i know it can be achieved that is a good baseball game as well i would not recommend this game ,just go and buy the 09 version and you will be satisfied

MLB the Show is the most realistic game i have seen in awhile. With the exception of Call Of Duty. As for the million dollars. You can try all you want , but good luck on getting them to pay you. Now if you try 2k10 congratulations. You just bought a game that is below all the rest and if your lucky enough to pitch a perfect game you will get 1 million. Get your games right guys. A review is meant to help others not confuse them. IF you dont have this game already. Please go get it as soon as possible. It is unbelievable. Pretty much looks like your watching a game live on TV. Great Game.

MLB 10 The Show is the best baseball game I've played. They really stepped it up this year. Online gameplay is the best. It will be even better once all the bugs are worked out. Its still the best.

This is a great game from head to toe. I had last years and this is leaps and bounds above any other baseball game I've played.

Other then the fact there is Target Field, this game is exactly the same is 2009. If you don't care about the new stadium, don't waste your money.

i am only writing this review to inform those who do not know already that if you are the 1st to pitch a perfect game you win 1 million real dollars. Great marketing ploy. Wish i was better at sports games. Good Luck!!!
