    Easy set up, but in our situation the camera is too slow and misses people as they walk by.

      Hello and thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam does have a feature for motion detection and you can adjust the sensitivity according to your desire. Also, we recommend that you ensure that the device is in an area where your reception and connection is strong as weaker connection do have visual and audio delays as a result.

    I love the fact that I am able to check in on the camera anywhere! I really like the two way audio feature as well, making it easier to communicate with my family if need be. Instructions were super simple and easy to follow, will definitely be getting more of these for around the house!

    Be careful with this product. It is a great price and the picture/video quality is great. However, the system security features are very questionable. If you’re a parent I recommend spending the extra money for a quality product that is also 10x secure.

    Has to use a 2.4 wifi connection and we have had trouble connecting to it. Customer service from Mobi has been good but still have problems.

      Hello and thank you for reaching out. When pairing the MobiCam we recommend having your mobile device connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network that you are pairing the MobiCam with. If you have a dual--band router that is 2.4G and 5G we recommend having the router split where each network is uniquely named and has its own password.

    I can’t get the camera to connect to my network. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps including setting wifi to 2.4GHz. Attempted connection about 10 times. I have a very strong mesh wifi network with smart home connections.

      Hello and thank you for reaching out. We apologize that you are having difficulty with the MobiCam. When it comes to WiFi the MobiCam is only compatible with a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you have dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz), we recommend having the router split where each network is uniquely named and has its own password. Once this is done connect your mobile device to the 2.4GHz network then follow the prompts in the App to pair the device.

    Worked great at first , great pictures and loved that I could see my dog when I wasn't at home. Then suddenly one day it just didn't work. Tried everything to get it to work again and nothing worked!

    It was working fine and then all of a sudden in less than a week of usage, the night vision stopped working.

      Hello Gabi, thank you for reaching out. We apologize that you are experiencing difficulty with the IR Sensor (night vision). Follow these steps to reset your night vision sensor (or IR sensor):

      In a brightly lit room or daylight, gently cover the night vision sensor (found above the camera lens) until you hear it 'click' to night mode.
      Uncover and let it 'click' back to daylight mode.
      Repeat this process five times.

      The sensor should now be reset and working.

    I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a monitor as I only need it when my grandson comes to visit. I am somewhat technology challenged and this was easy to set up and easy to use! Great, simple camera/monitor. Definitely recommend! Well worth the price
