First tracking watch, ok

I'm sorry that you are disappointed in our watch. We recommend checking Google's WearOS Help Community online for directions and additional shortcuts for the watch and its options. However I had to buy it due to the choice of my nephew. It is running quite good and my nephew has no complain.

However the watch itself is prone for scratches. This watch is durable and gives me everything I need. I got the white one, and really wish u can replace the straps.

Unfortunately, the straps cannot be replaced for it unlike the S2. However, if you have wear-and-tear issues with your strap feel free to file for a warranty replacement via support.mobvoi.com .

When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised by how the material feels premium compared to the price I paid. I was always looking for something lightweight that works during my workout, and this seems to be what I have been looking for. I've had it for a couple of days and the performance seems smooth. I am a Samsung phone user so it works right for me; did hear you have limited functionality with an iPhone so folks may want to research some more if you are in that camp.

Battery life issue

You just need to type "Ticwatch S or E battery life issue" on google and it will bring you up Mobvoi forum regarding the issue with 200 customers complaining about this issue including me. I would suggest you to buy Huawei watch 2.

Posted .Hello! I apologize about your issues with the Ticwatch S battery life. Commonly, we ask that customers put their watch through three power cycles (Charging the watch to 100% and letting it go to 0 for 1 cycle) if they are having issues with battery life. Please e-mail us at support@mobvoi.com for any other inquiries.
Formally:
"The battery life differs according to different usage scenarios:
- Under battery saving mode: airplane mode on, ""Always on-screen"" mode disabled, Fitness apps not in use, screen display on for less than 30 minutes. The battery can last for 40-48 hours.
- Under light usage circumstances: watch connected to phone via Bluetooth, Wifi off, Fitness app in use for 30 minutes, 150-200 notifications sent from phone, screen display on for 30 minutes. The battery can last for 14-16 hours.
- Under medium usage circumstances: watch connected to phone via Bluetooth, Wifi off, Fitness app in use for 60 minutes, 300-400 notifications sent from phone, screen display on for 60 minutes. The battery can last for 11-13 hours.
- Under high usage circumstances: watch disconnected from phone, using Fitness apps like Google Fit Workout and Mobvoi fitness outdoor activities, GPS is on, heartrate monitor on. The battery can last for about 4 hours."
