Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Beam Premium Indoor/Outdoor HDTV Antenna's reception and picture quality, frequently praising its ease of installation and attractive design. Many appreciate the improved channel count it provides, although some experienced issues with signal strength and found the antenna to be larger than expected. A few customers felt the price was high relative to performance. Overall, the positive feedback on reception and picture quality outweighs the negative comments.

I would recommend picking a different one. It has a really hard time getting a signal unless its right by the window and its big and bulky.

Local channels work intermittently, seems to be weather related. Treadmill nearby sometimes increases interference. Several stations available, however, reception is intermittent for severe of the channels.

I am not completely sure on this item, it came free with the TV we purchased, which is awesome. It might be our placement because we are having trouble getting all of the channels that are available but for a free item, we are going to keep it and adjust the placing as necessary. We don't watch much TV so it's not a huge priority.

I didn't keep this item long enough to really offer a valid opinion. It picked up plenty of channels, but the shape made it difficult for me to use in the location I wanted to use it.

As I returned this. I have tried several indoor antennas with no luck. Problem is walls and distance from towers. Was hoping this one would do, as it said 60 miles, but walls were too much.

This was a great purchase on Black Friday worked so well that I bought a second one while still on sale. You are supposed to be able to install in attic and split to multiple rooms but I didn’t make sense to set up mine that way so I just bought a 2nd.

This was a bit of a disappointment. Signal was practically non-existent after positioning a variety of ways towards the source of signal. Not sure I’d recommend.

Very impressed with the picture. Hard to tell that I'm using antenna. Picture quality is awesome. Hardest part is finding the sweet spot to hang it where it will pick up all the channels.

We had an antenna already but while we got pretty good reception in our bedroom, it seemed like some channels just weren't available in the living room. This antenna solved the problem and now we have great reception in both rooms.

I was not able to watch local channels anymore with my rabbit ears, got this to see if it would make a difference. It made all the difference, I am able to pick up my local channels again and it was super easy to setup.

This antenna is pretty good at this price. On sale for $20 on deal of the day. Looks good in the living room, and has pulled in some stations weaker units failed to register. I don't believe it can pull signals from 60 miles away, though. Glad I could get it at this price.

It was better than I anticipated. I’m down in a valley and picked up all the channels I wanted. Saving a lot of money using this besides paying a high cable bill every month.

Get HD basic cable and local channels without a monthly fee. Similar to old 'rabbit ears' but sleeker. Works great once you find reception. I have my antenna mounted to face outside.

When I purchased this item, it said it has a 50 mile radius. But as it turned out, it only has a 40 mile radius which means I still have issue bringing in a good signal.

Added bonus for buying a Bose sound bar. Didn’t really want or need, but hooked it up anyway for when bad weather kills the Dish. Works great where I am in the suburbs and about 20 miles from the over the air transmitters.

This antenna gets decent reception, but an outdoor antenna is still the best. It works if you can't mount an outdoor antenna.
