There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. You may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. I get very few stations and I live close (8 miles) from the center of a large town. It is light weight but I do not recommend this one.

I am happy with this purchase!
