There are many factors that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or heavy foliage in the area. We always recommend you place the antenna as high as possible, as trees and buildings can block some TV signals. Also, you may want to scan for channels without the included amplifier if you have not already done so to see if that may help. Not perfect but still recommended

I don't associate all malfunctions with the quality of the antenna itself, or the manufactures - for most of it seems to be beyond their control. However, these are somewhat over-advertised as if the solution to real free TV is finally here, and we're not quite there yet. Been using this for 4 years and still going strong, but must have realistic expectations. Good value overall still.

I don't get great reception at my house, this antenna has gotten the most channels and the most stable connection of all the ones I've tried. Works in the middle of my house but better at a window. Very light-weight and flexible so can be mounted or placed in many locations.

We live pretty far out and the Best Buy staff recommended this antenna. It's worked great so far. We get all the channels clearly. You will want to install the antenna as high as possible. First time, we put it behind the tv and didn't get all the channels. I loved it up a few inches and then presto! All the channels came in no problem.
