Use mainly in garage while working on my bicycles. Very happy with its connections since we live 30 plus miles from major city.

It's likely there is an obstruction blocking signals, you may see this problem in the spring as leaves are starting to grow back onto trees. We recommend that you move the antenna to another location, high up is always best, and rescan the TV for channels. We always recommend moving the antenna a few times and scanning for TV channels to see if you can pick up the signals that are farther away. CBS is a little weak and pixelizing the image occasionally. Placement of the Antenna in the window is important. I don't have an easterly view of Down Town Chicago.
