He said I'd receive channels 60 miles away. Since I live about 20 miles from San Antonio and 40 from Austin, I asked if I'd receive channels from both areas; he said yes. Well, I don't even get all the local network channels in San Antonio. I receive NBC, CBS and lots of useless shopping channels. The only reason I haven't returned it is because it's a hassle.

Absolute garbage

Other than that it’s a complete waste of money and time. No matter what I only get NBC and Fox, no ABC or CBS. I had it in a window facing the direction of the towers (which shouldn’t matter since it’s non directional) and still nothing. All channels came in clear for a hot minute the first day and that was it. Doesn’t matter where I put it. Even tried it without the amp as those can allegedly fail according to Mohu. I guess I’ll return it and try an outdoor antenna hooked to the existing coax that was already in/on the house. Feel like that was the move to make the first time.

Works for the channels that were picked up, but it's not a replacement for a attic or roof antenna. I ended up not keeping it. Previously in another location, I did have a roof antenna, and with this one, the colors were not vivid. Not sure how that would be on a digital broadcast, but nonetheless, on the same tv using this, it just wasn't the same.
