It's a plug and play as it gets. The key however, that manufacturers of antennas like this that no one ever mentions is location, both where you live, and where the antenna is going to go. Add to that weather, and those advertising notes about "hundreds of channels" can get a bit hazy. Only thing I can suggest is keep your receipt and try it. if it doesn't work, return it.

I try this only to get about 20 channels and 10 were Spanish speaking which I gave no idea what they were saying ... channels most times were distorted! I ended up with Amplified HD Digital TV Antena Joygeek indoor 120 miles long range support 4K HD $25.49 I got 43 channels impressive! Amazon !

I did some research and found you need to get an antenna with dipoles(bunny ears). These flat antennas are great for channels over channel 13 but not so good for lower channels.

Posted .Greetings! This is not necessarily true for all antennas. You may want to try to do a channel scan without the included amplifier to see if that helps. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if it is not needed. We also highly recommend placing the antenna as high as you possibly can on a wall or in a window.
