Absolutely not this one was awful. I was constantly having to move it, weather affected it like you wouldn’t believe, only a few channels came in in one position. I would have to keep moving every time I change the channel. I ended up buying the cheapest one they had on the shelf and it works beautifully it’s an RCA.

After trying an old set of rabbit ears, I thought an amplified antenna would do better. The sales person lead me to this model rather than a more expensive one. Once I got it home and scanning channels, it was no better than the rabbit ears. I returned this the next day.

I was told, in writing, that I would receive promotional codes for 10 and 14 free days of Sling. The codes were sent via email. Both codes were invalid. I have made 3 calls to BB customer service, and it is not resolved. I keep getting bumped up to another supervisory level. This is ridiculous! The equipment works fine, it's just the customer service.

Otherwise TV blocks local signal. Hanging the antenna with cable next to wall mount TV is unsightly. Purchaser should be warned of this in advance or purchase.

Posted .Hi LuckyM! If you have a specific place you want to mount the antenna, please try placing it there and running a channel scan without the included amplifier to see if that helps. Sometimes over-amplification can occur if you are using the amplifier too close to the broadcast towers. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and feedback.

We cannot pick up CBS to save our life even though it isn't any different distance-wise that the other stations. It really makes no sense. Using it inside was a waste of time, we couldn't get anything worthwhile.
