I was able to get about 30-35 channels when I did the auto program (got a different amount of channels each time I did a re-scan trying the antenna in different locations in my apartment) But even though I got that many channels when finished scanning…some of the channels didn’t even come in at all. I live in a brick building and surrounded by trees maybe that’s why. Most of the channels came in pixelated and it was not enjoyable to watch my local channels so I ended up returning.

Our valley, full of trees and metal roofs is a tough area to get reception in. We got three 29 digital channels including fox, 2-3 17 digital ch. 11.1 and 14.1 all digital. So not what we were hoping for. But best buys is great about returns. It was worth a shot. I might try the next one up.

Pixels melting, a lot of "weak signal" and channels just disappear. Channels showing after 1 auto-run are not there after the next one--even main networks, like NBC. The Guide has "no information" often. Became very frustrating to try to watch, so opted for the live option on hulu.
