    First, there were missing items so I'm not sure if it was shipped that way or Best Buy sold me a Open Box item as new. Secondly, it did not work as advertised in the packaging. It never got more than 20 channels and any movement would cause distortion.

    Bought this because my old antenna didn't work in the new address I moved to. The new location is a house with the old walls that have the chicken wire with concrete and then a brick outer wall. This was only able to reach the towers within 25 miles away.
