Their customer service was very helpful with getting it set up and how to get best reception.

This thing is rated to work twenty miles further away, but it won't get half the stations it's supposed to in the immediate area. It's junk. Buy a different brand.

The exact explanation remains unknown other than this location may have reputation as "a dead zone". I am not sure how the specs. are derived that claim this antenna will receive TV stations.
