Picks up a few channel, cannot get 2 local stations no matter what I do. I have a pretty clear unobstructed window in which to place this, but it doesn't seem to matter. Probably should have picked up the one with the amplifier.

We were hoping to divorce from cable, but we were not able to pick up the major networks. It is easy to set up though. Do some research first to make sure this is the product for you.

Did not pick channels well in my area. Returned to store.

Purchased this expecting good channel access but was disappointed and retuned it. I had a second antenna from different manufacturer at the same time which consistently pulled in more channels and was more stable.

Do not buy any type of warranty through Best Buy. They are useless you get one use which I have never heard of there is no reason to buy a five year plan if you can only use it one time the manufacture warranty is just as good. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will never shop at Best Buy again I have already closed my credit cards. Walmart is my new store shame on you Best Buy for tricking the consumer into buying a warranty when it is only good once I might as well wipe my *** with the receipt and warranty papers.

I was only able to get Spanish channels. Had to return.

It s hard to cleanly run a cable into the room where I wanted a tv so I tried this option. After moving the antenna everywhere it was just too hard to get channels that were any good. Maybe the room is just in a dead zone. But I had very little luck

We seem to have problems being able to get a signal

We live about 20 miles outside of town and was worried about the amount of channels I would be able to pick up tried a few different kinds and brands and this one is the one that picks up the most channels with out scrambling when the weather gets bad

Tin foil works better, & a roll cost under five bucks. Beware, if you do end up buying this thing, you're not going to be able to return it to Best Buy. You have to return it to the manufacturer. Total waste of money, don't bother.

Got this thinking it would be perfect when we cut the cable. It wasn’t able to hold the stream and we couldn’t get one of the local channels that all our neighbors did. Disappointed and took it back

Easy to connect, but this model didn't have indicators to let you know if you the location with the best reception. Have moved it to a 3rd location and still get spotty reception for CBS out or Tucson.

Was able to only get 1 channel, reception poor....

Don’t be fooled by the information about this antenna. A less expensive one will get just as many HD channels as this one. We bought two different ones and returned this one.

We really wanted this antenna to work. My fiance followed the instructions and no matter where we put this thing we couldn't get any channels to come in at all. Packed it right back into the box and took it straight back to the store for a refund.

Find a salesperson that knows something about the type of antenna you need. Also, you might need to call the manufacturer to get instructions from their Customer Service. I did, and they were very helpful.

Would not recommend. I was only able to get two local channels in my area. I moved it around every location in the front room and even hung it out my front living room window was still an able to get more than four channels.
