very nice monopoly game. i wish it had the old school tokens to play as. like the thimble, the iron, the canon...etc... hopefully they add those as DLC at the end of each game it tells you how long you played. i like that. my longest game was 2 hours and 15 minutes. my shortest was 1 hour and 10minutes.

I wanted to pick up Monopoly because I’m a fan of board games and wanted to try something new. The animations of the game are very nice, I love the visuals and music however am not an entire fan of some parts of the gameplay (lengthy times for AI when taking turns). Other than that, it was an enjoyable game for the Switch.

A little steep in the price, but if you like Monopoly, this is a good option for you. Somewhat stiff on the house rule customization, however, as you can only apply one alternate rule at a time per game - but it does include the "Speed Die" alteration which does speed up a normal game. Three newly crafted boards are available, two of which (an amusement park and a haunted city) seem to be exclusive to the Switch. Two normal standard boards (classic and a Rabbids-themed one) are also included. A few unlockable tokens and objectives are here, and the game makes very good use out of the HD rumble in the joycons.
