Provides extra outlets for high use areas especially for computer/office or tv/media

Mounted to side of small chest of drawers next to computer. Good spacing for those darn big transformers! Decent ability to move things around and use ALMOST every outlet. I have 5 big transformers plugged in and 5 plugs...2 outlets inaccessible.

I have a 5 different appliances and needed to plug in large adapters without the long normal strips that take your space up. great alternative.

I was looking for surge protection with USB options incase I wanted to charge my phone and fitbit without a plug adaptor. In addition I wanted to plug all my devices into one place. It was perfect and improved the quality of my tv picture too.

Offering one of the best warranties, Monster has come up with a well designed multitap/power strip. Ideal for my needs.

I always buy my power strips from Best Buy. I do not purchase strips from other places because, to me, it's important to buy "high jules". The higher the" jules" the more protection you have. The others stores do not sell high enough "jules" for my desire. Remember, the more electronics you plug in, the higher the "jules" being used in that strip. If you want to protect your equipment, make sure the "jules" is very high because it's what you plug in to it and how much it is.

We love the extra outlets and the convenience of not needing USB transformer boxes, which frees up even more outlets.

as for protection, it's great for my Xbox, 65" TV, Bluray, and the USB ports for my smart devices are awesome. The layout isn't the best for larger AC power adapters/cords but it has enough to make it workable.

So far, everything is working as it should. Only time will tell how well it'll hold up. The USB ports are convenient and I did need more outlets. This has more than I actually needed, but I got a good deal on it.

We use this item in setting up and maintaining our home network and are especially pleased with the protection.
