expensive but the outlet layout is good. i needed protection to protect my sony 4k flat screen investment. its a good quality surge protector, not a fan of monster though. all their expensive over priced cables.

Surge protectors are undervalued pieces of equipment. I needed something that would allow me to plug in many devices and protect them. This one not only does that but has the dual usb power ports so I can free up a plug or two. I am not too delighted by losing a plug. This is mostly nothing new as most devices of this kind are not designed for the larger adapter bases. Overall I am not likely to run out of plugs.

Outgrew my 8-outlet protector, needed additional outlets but wasn't willing to spend $150 on a surge protector. This fit the bill.

We all tend to buy a lot of products throughout the year and some don't work as well as others but this did exactly what we needed.

This surge suppressor is great for the price, the only thing I had trouble with is how to register the product with the company.

Provides plenty of outlets for the various devices in my entertainment center, and has great options for spacing (outside plugs for larger adapters, inside plugs for straight power cords).

Well layedout, lots of room for transformers and more than enough outlets. Would have liked a slightly longer power cord.

This makes for a great charging station for anyone with many workplace tablets. the spacing is good chargers fit nicely.

First off, I love Monster products. Have never been disappointed before by their products. Secondly, this is designed to fit bulky plugs and non bulky plugs. I bought two, one for my desk and the other is serving its use as the source of power for my holiday village. Definitely recommend this!

The Monster - Core Power 1200 USB 12-Outlet Surge Protector has many outlets and well spaced so that even odd shaped plugs can be inserted side by side. I have not had a surge problem yet and so I am not sure if it will protect my computer. I use it for my Kindle, iPad and IPhone.

feels like a quality product. sturdy and cord feels solid as well. it has usb ports built in for charging and outlets positioned to fit as many diverse plugs as possible. its currently being used for a full gaming computer setup with 3 monitors, router, modem, sound system, and I haven't had any issues or lack of outlets. the cord is also a nice length so i can have the surge protector mounted on the back of my computer desk. this makes it much easier for when i need to move furniture around. the wiring stays nice and neat as everything is managed and tucked up to the back of the desk.

I was looking for an outlet with numerous plugs and help for those that need more space (chargers). This one filled the bill and is doing fine under the desk.

I had a power spike and needed to replace my old surge protector. This fits the bill and seems to work well. I matched Amazon and saved $10.

we lost our internet service due to a lighting strike that took out our modem and router. All because they were plugged into a strip provided by cox, without surge protection. We lost two days of business until we figured out the problem

And it does what it's supposed to. It's pretty durable and so far (only a month of use) hasn't given me any issues. The plugs are ideal located for a multitude of plug shapes and sizes, allows for more of them to be used so that's a plus.

At first glance who really needs 12 outlets, at first it was a system to fit all the oddly shaped chargers in one place, it seemed like all the various electronic manufacturers were in cahoots to see who could come up with the most obnoxious A/C plug. Lo and behold this outlet was perfectly spaced and gave me ample extras I didn't know I needed to keep all my electronics connected. All the while keeping it all organized. It may look like a Flying Spaghetti Monster with all the cords, but it's my Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Monster products have saved my electronics gear and my house; water flooded into the area, dripped into plug, fire tried to start and melted the plug itself but saved our computer, printer etc not to mention the house!
