This Monster power and USB surge protector solved a problem getting power to multiple devices. Having the USB ports was an added bonus that has helped.

This surge protector works great with even the biggest appliances you could think about being hooked up to it. And with the bonus of USB ports!

While I was originally looking for a 10 outlet protector for my desk area, this one has done just fine and was $20 cheaper than other offerings by Belkin and Monster at 8 outlets. I didn't think I would need the 2 USB ports, but find myself using them for my cell phone while working for a fast charge. All in all, a good compromise.

Great Surge protector but it also has 2 USB charging ports that are also protected, which i love and frees up a few ports on my Mac.

Replaced an ancient surge protector with the Monster Core Power 800. Just had a power outage that surged on and off four times in a few seconds- you could hear the strain on the systems in the house. I was glad my computer system had some new protection.The extra USB ports are a nice extra. It feels well-made.

Nice power supply with 2 USB ports. The ports are 2 amp output so they charge phones/tablets at a decent rate.

Spacing on the sockets are perfect. Not to bulky. I would recommend this to replace older surge protectors.

Works well. Has well spaced outlets letting you plug in a variety of items. I love the additional USB ports.

I needed a new surge protector, but I wanted to find one that was a bit cheap. For 40$ this was a good one. I have 4 products hooked up to it. A TV, bluray, soundbar, subwoofer. But I never tried the USB ports or filled the other ports.
