I have used many Monster Brand products. I have had no problems with this surge protector.

works great love the USB connections but there or way cheaper ones out there that have all the same specs

This is a must have for houses that have limited power outlets. Monster is known for quality and this power strip goes above and beyond in terms of outlets and USB capability! I had an APC battery backup/ surge protector, I bought years ago from Best Buy, it worked great. Problem was the battery for the battery backup was old and needed to be replaced. I didn't need a battery backup anymore but I still needed a surge protector, enter the Monster Core Power 800 with 2 USB outlets in addition to the 8 electrical outlets. It takes up less space than my old one and does its job well.

A surge protector is a must for any type of electronic. We picked the Monster - Core Power 800 since it has 2 very convenient USB ports for protecting and charging our smart phones/tablets. We needed a good surge protector for my daughter's dorm room and this one fit the bill. Not only does it allow 8 products to be plugged in at one time, but it also has two USB ports. I really liked the fact that two of the plugs are situated with more room so you can plug in the larger plugs without covering up the plug next to it. This was a good product for the value and has worked well for her.

My grandson who is in his first year of college needed more outlets for his,equipment that was all located in a small space. This was the,perfect option. He can plug his laptop, printer, TV, Stereo, etc. but it was a,winner because it has two USB ports for charging his phone and iPod. It also provides the surge protection he needs.

I had to many wires and an old surge protector going bad under my two computers and wireless printer. This new monster one not only has enough outlets for all of them but also it has two ports to charge my phone or a tablet. I definitely feel more protected in the event of a power surge

Monster surge protectors are not as expensive as they used to be.This one is well made and has two USB charging ports which is really convenient.If you need a reliable surge protector you can't go wrong with Monster.

I bought this surge protector for my home theater. I just needed basic protection, no frills - but this model includes 8 protected outlets, plus 2 USB ports. Great value for the money!

The is plenty of room on this surge protector for all your various cable needs. It also had two sub plugs to plug your iPhone and tablet so they both can charge at the same time.

Awesome power surge to have. 8 outlets and put sideways so you can use the bulky adapters that would of taken 2 or so. Plus has a USB 1 that is 2.1 amps the other standard 1 Amp

This is a great product. The featureas onthis is what I was wanting and I can cannot everything in my living room to it without it being overworked.

This is really a nice, compact strip. The surge protector has 8 outlets and 2 charging outlets. It fits very nicely under my desk.

Nice surge protector. It had a low profile that I was wanting, because I was mounting it underneath the new entertainment center I'd just finished mounting to the wall. Because the entertainment center covered the only oultet on the wall I needed the option of additional outlets, so I didn't have cords running all across the floor. The two USB ports are nice for charging my girls devices and touching them out of the way so they aren't cluttering up my kitchen counters anymore.

Had a cheaper multiple plug out let that did not have the surge protection. Have used this brand before and really liked it, so I just upgraded the non surge protector to a surge protector type. I have never had any issues with the Monster brand.

Love this. Really makes me feel better hooking up my really expensive equipment. Love the fact that i dont have to waste to plugs with iPhone and iPad adapters. Can plug the cord into the USB outlets, which are also surge protected vs. in the wall or in the outlet on the product which saves space and makes me feel better about not having to replace my tablet and phones because of a power surge. Love monster brand anything, CANT GO WRONG, especially for this price.

I plug stuff in, it provides power. Plenty of outlets and 2 usb ports makes it a great gadget charging station.
