Monster has always had a good rep. Bought this for my 4K tv. Works well.

I bought two of these for in wall installation. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. Perfect length and it's a quality product.

Extra length of cord worth having in case you need to move connection.

It's a good cable. It does what it's supposed to do. No issues here.

I bought this cable because I needed one long enough to reach my ps4 from a wall mounted TV. It does what it's supposed to for a HDMI cable the only problem is the price. You can buy another cable for a little less, don't know if the quality would be the same or not but it's worth looking into.

Excellent picture/movie HD quality projecting from my laptop to a TV using this HDMI cable. Expensive though!

It's a nicely made cable but after doing research on the internet I found there really isn't a difference between a $10 hdmi cable and a $49 hdmi cable. But if you're looking for a possibly better quality cable this would certainly fit the bill.

I have no complaints about the gold monster cable except the packaging is so hard to open

Some online comments indicate there is no need to buy pricey cables such as Monster Cables. However, I love the quality, life-time guarantees, in-wall rated, etc. I personally feel that by replacing my old HDMI cable with this cable, the video quality did improve and the cable will handle greater speeds for any future needs. These cables are not thin, flimsy cables, but are heavy-duty and robust.

Easy to set up, gave us a sharp picture! Would recommend if you were using it for 3D.

I am of the opinion that Monster cables are overpriced and a less costly brand will provide adequate results also. I bought the Monster cables because only because they were the only brand with the length I needed...others were sold out at the time.

Length is great. Provides high quality picture to our new TV.

I had to replace a few HDMI cables for home and I wanted ones that will last. Monster Cable are usually the best brand. These cables are thick, stiff, and sturdy. The plugs are gold plated and have good snug in connections. In the month I had these, these cables deliver a difference. It might be expensive, but you get your money's worth.

I was getting interruptions on my tv with the previous HDMI cable. It was too short. I no longer have this issue due to the length and quality.

I decided to try one of Monster's gold cables to see if it really made any difference quality-wise. We've been using Rocketfish cables, and they're fine -- but we recently had to replace our home-theater-in-a-box. Now have a soundbar that funnels video through to the monitor, so that's where I used the new Monster cable. And I gotta say, I do see a difference as far as color vibrancy and clarity. Not a huge difference, but noticeable. And this cable isn't even Monster's highest-end one, so, there you go. I'd say it's worth it.

This cable was easy to install and works great so far.
