If you've played Monster Hunter before, you know what to expect. The moment to moment gameplay is some of the best in the series. Unfortunately, it also launched in an unfinished state, with both the hub and village questlines just stopping suddenly and without any satisfying conclusions, just a big old to be continued.

Just as great but a different, more old school-type game. I will love playing both MH Rise and MHW because they are different enough to keep playing.

Favorite MH game yet. All the fat from World has been trimmed out and is one of the easiest Monster Hunters to pick up and play any time

It's a new MH game, and it rocks. There's not much to say. If you like MH or were every curious about getting into the series it is a must play.

Very impressive for the Switch! The graphics are scaled down compared to a PS4 or Xbox1 title, but it hardly detracts from the experience. The game runs smoothly and load times aren't bad at all. They packed this version with so much stuff, and they're still adding to it with future updates planned. The Monster Hunter series can be a bit tricky to get into with all of the options you get to customize your experience, but once you get going it just takes off and you can find yourself sinking hours and hours into this world. Awesome game!
