    Takes all the great introductions from World and adds to it, love the Wirebug feature. Plays surprisingly smoothly on the Switch

    Monster hunter rise, the newest addition to the monster hunter franchise. It's a small return to form compared to world yet it does not abandon what world did right, if anything it EXPANDS on what world did right. The roster is slightly larger than world's base launch and the spread of the monsters is more coherent, allowing content all the way through to the end of the game. There are a few downsides such as at launch there not actually being an end game but that is currently going to be fixed with title updates that are set to add several monsters in each one. I strongly recommend this game if you are a series veteran and relatively strongly recommend it to new players even if it isn't as forgiving as Monster Hunter World was.
