I'm very happy with this cable ! I'm skeptical when it comes to HDMI cables. Wasn't sure which ones to buy, I wasn't sure if there is any difference in picture quality and so on. Since I purchased a big expensive TV, there was no way I'm buying an off brand HDMI cable. I'm glad I didn't cheap out when it came to this HDMI cable. Yes it is expensive but I've always believed you get what you pay for !! And I know this cable will last me years and probably be the last HDMI cable I ever buy for this application. Its great quality and great build. I now consider myself a monster cable customer for life.

It is expensive but it worked like a charm for my Sony 4K tv. My prior hdmi cable would not produce a picture as the quality was not good enough or strong enough to carry the signal from my AVR to the 4K tv. Worth the money!!

If you are worried about bandwidth with 4K video and 5.1 True HD audio this HDMI cable is certified to handle the load. I have not had any issues with these cables. Also, the bonus feature is the redesigned plug that makes it harder to accidentally pull the cable out of the socket. The only downside is the cable is a little pricey.

Length of cord and quality of product are factors in picking this item. Great for clarity and picture definition. 4K 3D picture is great.

Best Buy would like me to write a review for a cable of all things! Well, here goes. A) Looks and feels well made. B) It works! Electrons manage to go through just fine producing sound and picture. C) Best part, it was on clearance for a huge $78 discount. (because it was marked up way too high to begin with) D) Next best part is that Best Buy emailed me a $20 coupon good toward anything in the store, so that's why I was there. E) I only planned to buy their inexpensive "house brand" cable, but they looked really crummy so I checked the reviews, and the reviews were so terrible with nearly everyone saying they returned them once or twice that I asked if they had anything better. Really? Best Buy struggles to make standard HDMI cables for a reasonable price? Whatever... Well, I'm happy to have gotten an excellent well made Monster cable, at a fair price, by pure luck of them being discontinued. I hope you can, too!

...why scrimp on the "arteries" for your expensive 4K TV. You want to get the most out of your 4K picture and sound so these are the best you can buy at least at this point. Monster also puts these on sale periodically so keep a look out for that and the cost v. benefit ratio is worth the investment over the long haul. Plus, these cables are future-proofed should you decide to upgrade to 4K later if not now.

These cables are awesome for 4K but not hdr. If you want hdr your system has to be set at 1080p and hdr or just 4K and no hdr or it will keep losing signal. I called Monster to get a new cable so I could use 4K and hdr at the same time but the representative said currently none of there cables work with hdr and 4K because the hdr signal is only one directional. I verified this by purchasing a rocket fish cable from Best Buy and now 4K and Hdr work at the same time without losing signal all the time. If you do not think this is correct call monster and they will verify 1-877-800-8989.

Great cable a little pricey but does the job great.

I never buy into the hype of expensive cables... until I had problems getting a 4K HDR signal pushed over 10 ft. My setup is in wall and was about 14 feet from my receiver. After trying multiple cables, I bit the bullet and went with Monster. This cable works reliable with no cutouts. That's because it's rated for 25gbps. Others are rated for 18gbps but only at short distances. 4k HDR content is around 18gbp and needs a cable with extra bandwidth over long distances. For my setup this was the only option and well worth the premium because it works when other products fail. Small price to pay compared to the OLED TV and the UHD blu-ray player. The picture is perfect!

We bought this HDMI cable for the 65" Sony XBR 4K that we bought at the same time. We wanted the best quality possible for this high end TV and we were not disappointed. Very well built with no loss in picture and sound quality that I can tell. Monster might cost more but we didn't want to chance it with this TV.

I'm not too tech savvy so I am still unaware as to what the difference between this hdmi cable was with the one I already had besides the ridiculous price. Good thing it was free with my purchase or else I would never have spend the money on it.

I recently had geek squad mount my tv above fire place and they stated I needed an in-wall rated hdmi cable. I purchased this one from them at the time of install. Afterwards I did research and found out that this is the best one for the value online. I compared other brands bestbuy and magnolia offers and regardless of price the specs seem top notch. Picture quality on my new Samsung 4K is amazing!!

Got this product when it went on sale and I'm sure it will work great with the Xbox One X.

At first I didn't purchase the monster HDMI cord for my HD TV but once I did I noticed an immediate difference in my picture quality
