Easy to plug in and with multiple plugs for additional equipment

This is one of the best products I've ever purchased. We needed to have an outlet installed in our office wall as opposed to having a strip sit on the floor and add to the clutter of wires. The Power Gold does exactly what it is supposed to do and takes care of the problem. All of our electronic equipment is now attached to the wall outlet, freeing up precious space on the floor, not to mention that the surge protection the Power Gold provides is far better than that supplied by our previous floor strips. I highly recommend this product!

This product has been great. It has protected my Samsung Curve, Ps4, direct tv box, and Samsung sound bar and sub several times when the power has gone out unexpectedly in my area and then turn back on. Along with the breakers on the house being shut off and on with out warning by the electricians working on the building. I'm glad I got it and nice that it has a warranty covering any damages to electronics plugged into the device should anything happen to them.

I liked this suppressor for the fact that it was small, mounted to the wall outlet, and had the ability to replace the outlet plate. But, when I tried (multiple times) to use the screw supplied to mount it to the outlet, the screw was not long enough. It certainly is longer than the screw that comes with standard wall plates, but not long enough for this suppressor and outlet. So, someday, I will see if I can find a longer screw.

It's small and no cords! Fits 6 plugs. We're using it in our basement where there's currently only 1 outlet. We've got the treadmill and a blu-ray player plugged in to it, along with a phone charger.

with multiple sizes available, it's easy to find one that fits the space you have. It is easy to install an so far seems to work great.

It is a compact one, unlike other traditional ones this one plugs directly into the wall outlet and also has two usb ports for charging mobile phones and tablets. The reason for the 4 star is the price.

This surge protector is doing the job it is intended to do. I have a lot of items hooked (just the recommended amounts!)and I have had no issues with shut-offs or anything getting fried. I will check to see how long I should use it and what is the recommended replacement date. The only thing that confuses me about surge protectors is that - I never know what date to replace them. Who can figure out how many surges have occurred - right?

I bought this for my home gym to plug in a treadmill and elliptical. It gives me great peace of mind to know this equipment is protected by the surge protector. What is even better is that I don't have a clunky box and extension cord on the floor. It is also nice to have USB ports in conjunction with the regular plugs.

I like being able to plug direct with a usb cable. It is less bulky.

Small in size , but big in quality. Slim size fits against the wall.

The only reason not a 5 star is I came across the same style item at another big box retailer for almost half the costs. Only difference was the USB locations and it might be a older model. Overall I like the ability for this unit to actually screw into the outlet plate area so it will not pull out when swapping plugs. The USB charging is a handy addition.

I purchased this to cover my digital piano, it's a bit overkill as I need it to cover about $2500 in electronics and it covers $300k. Too bad I can't plug my whole home into it. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I have a 98year old home & so I had to upgrade the wall outlet to a better quality outlet in order for this to securely screw into it's faceplate. Once that was done it works perfectly and serves it's purpose.

I bought this 6 outlet surge protector for use with a stereo system. It has all the outlets I need and I wanted the surge protection. Haven't had any bad storms or outages since I bought it, but I feel confident that it will provide the protection I want.

If your not using Monster to protect your A/V equipment you may want to take another look at their products. I want my equipment to survive the next power surge and this is the way to do it. No joke. I trust Monster to get the job done.

This product appears to work as advertised, the biggest appeal to me was not having to keep up with the multiple USB plugs for our various devices. With the built in USB ports and an easily recognized name made this an easy purchase!

Although the it's amazing, for me it's just to small seeing as I have a lot of other things I need to plug in. What I really do love about it is that it comes with a usb connection, I can charge my phone and other stuff on here. Would highly recommend for anyone to buy this and especially recommend buying the bigger platinum version.

Bought one for the new freezer, then another for the entertainment set. Wanted to protect the new Laptop, and liked the warrantee on the Monster Serge Protectors. Liked the ratings after the first one I bought and looked up.
