I bought this mainly for the 12 outlets. I have a pretty full home theater rack and needed all the available power outlets. Plus I have used Monster products for 10+ years and appreciate their reliability.

Excellent surge protector for the money and allows for room between plug-in connections.

This surge protector is a great space saver as it took the place of two surge protectors that were worn out, saving us money as well as taking up less space. A good deal.

I always buy Monster products because I have never had a complaint or one fail to work how it is supposed to. I honestly do not remember when I bought a power strip that was not a Monster. I currently have four Monster power strips in my house, everywhere that I need multiple outlets and everywhere my high dollar items are plugged in, TVs, computer, and audio equipment.

I was running out of outlets so I got this. It even has 2 USB ports.

Don't be cheap, you just spent thousands of dollars on a TV, what's $100 on Monster cables to protect your investment

Originally went with a 6 outlet version, but realized immediately that with an entertainment center, this would quickly not be sufficient.

I purchased this item because I have purchased others products from this company and I've never had any issues with them.

I was replacing a cheaper surge protector after buying too many electronics. This thing is awesome. Outlets are spread out so big plugs still just take one space, and the USB chargers are super clutch. I think i was more excited about this than one should be when regarding a surge protector.

There are a number of different surge protectors by Monster here at Best Buy so the biggest question is how many items do you need to plug in. While I don't need 12 right now, this unit gave me the extra space in case I ever need to grow into it. Other than that, not much to say.

Works as advertised BUT you get some purrty lights and USB charging ports along with it!
