Monster Power Black Platinum 6 outlet A Plus!

Had to call Monster Tech about LED Power Light not staying solid but blinking on and off every 20 seconds and tech said for that model it was normal. I called three times just to make sure, got the same answers. Tech Support is really reliable and helpful which is good to know if I have a real issue that needs solving.
