The protection plan extends to all purchases, which is good however I have yet to use or need it. I suppose it one of those situations were its better to have and not need then need and not have.

I am a total tech member for the las 2 years. I feel confident that all my tech purchased in Best Buy is going to be guaranteed to be repaired if ever have a problem.

I’ve had to use Total Tech several times over the years and have been very appreciative of the service. No regrets for the minimal cost to buy the membership. This plan can save hundreds of dollars and hundreds of headaches that tech problems can cause.

It was such a relief to have the protection plan. I only cancelled because it didn’t feel cost effective this year, but plan to purchase it again when I buy my home appliances .

At first, I thought the protection plan was going be like bad like every other big-name store but Best Buy protection plan is great. I have had to replace things and having it was a great money saver.

I really really like to join Monthly Best buy Protection 24 months. it helps me find a good item which i want and can make an appointment any time when i don't know how to use item.

If you knew me or my kids you would know why i purchased this protection plan. lol I have not had to use it yet, thank goodness but it is comforting to know that it is available if we need to.

Love Best Buy Protection , fast Friendly and they stand by their products. I love my lap top, just the right size easy to use anywhere.

Unfortunatley I have had the chance to use it but it is a great value in case of any accident and your device is fully covered

Best protection plan to have, they are good with customer service skills and informing what all includes with the protection plan.

My daughter bought it for her computer and when she had a surface. That needs to be replaced or repaired. Not issues using the plan

Easy to apply for this plan. Haven't used it yet but peace of mind in knowing it is available.

I have always liked to purchase the warranty for anything I buy because you just never know. I have never had any trouble getting it replaced if I need to.
