This protection plan sucks you guys are getting over on people. I never used my plan after 1.5 years I call and you guys say it’s lapsed and now I have no coverage I will Never by a plan with Best Buy. I call and call and the same crock of I paid $200 and never used it now I need to Use it and your saying it’s expired.

For such a small device, the display looks sharp and bright. Watching videos, reading, or even looking at pictures feels really clean. I like how the bezels are slimmer than the first Surface Go. It gives it a nicer, more modern look. And when I pair it with the type cover, suddenly it feels like a tiny laptop that punches way above its weight class. Typing on the keyboard took me a day to get used to, but once I adjusted, it felt natural. I can type fast on it without thinking. The Surface Pen works beautifully on this thing too. Taking notes, writing down scriptures, jotting study points—it feels smooth and almost paper-like. I didn’t expect to use it that much, but I kind of fell into the habit because it feels good to use. Performance-wise, I went in with realistic expectations. I didn’t buy it to replace a big computer or run heavy software. I wanted something small and dependable for everyday stuff, and that’s exactly what the Go 2 delivers. Browsing, watching videos, Zoom calls, JW Library, email, Word—no problem. It handles all of that comfortably. As long as you don’t try to push it into “power laptop” territory, you’ll be impressed with how steady it is. Battery life is solid too. I can use it for hours before needing to plug it in. Some days I forget where the charger even is. And the fact that it charges through USB-C is a huge bonus. I can use the same charger I use for other devices, which cuts down on clutter. One thing I really appreciate is how good the cameras are. The front camera makes video calls look clean and clear—better than some full-sized laptops I’ve used. The speakers are loud enough for watching videos or listening to voice messages without needing headphones. All in all, the Surface Go 2 has become one of my favorite little devices. It’s not trying to be a powerhouse. It’s not trying to replace a full desktop. It’s designed to be light, portable, reliable, and simple to use—and it nails that. I grab it when I don’t feel like carrying something big. I use it for study, browsing, meetings, traveling, or just relaxing. And every time I pick it up, it feels like the perfect size for what I’m doing. Got mines from bestbuy! My favorite place to shop. Also make sure you get on the best buy membership. It will save you allot in the long run!

I have had this protection for several months for it's various benefits on special sales and finally it became a wonderful asset. My phone was over 1 year old and the camera started going dark a few times and then it finally quit working. I took this in to the Norman Best Buy and they were courteous and professional. They took care of the information and told me I would receive my replacement within 2 business days and within 2 business days I received a new phone. I returned my other phone and they responded when it was received. I did have to pay a $99 fee but it was worth it.

I love the security I have with the 24-month (and beyond) protection plans. I had a virus get past my antivirus on my Dell all in one. So, I did a System Restore and somehow it wiped my operating system off of it. All I had was a black screen and a white cursor. I paid $599 for it with i7 and now they are $1,000. Yikes! So, I took it into Best Buy and didn't know that I needed an appointment. I had to get one and come back. Anyway, they called me the next day and said it was fixed! When I went to get it, they said my operating system was totally corrupt and they had to install a completely new system. My bill would have been over $500 but it was totally free! No charge at all. I thought that was pertty sporting and was sure glad I had the Protection plan. I took it home thinking I had lost everything. But when I turned it on, all of my docs were in the cloud! And I was able to restore all my pics and docs. I give the Geek Guys a triple A+. They are awesome!
