I love my Kindle! The backlight is great, love that it's waterproof or whatever so I don't freak out if it gets a little wet. I just wish it made me read more. lol

The tablet is hard to set up for someone not experienced in using one. It proved to be easy to download stuff to my computer and is great to keep track of my email without using my computer. Could be more user friendly and intuitive. Don't rely on it for many things. Battery life is short. Need to keep it plugged in.

I actually don't think it is helpful to write a review before you use a product for some time.

i miss the old Greek squad protection plan you pay once and you are done. and not every year with the new one.

Always purchase a protection plan no matter what the item is if it has one available you never know when or if something might cause your item to need a replacement and this will save you money In the long run rather than having to buy another one.

This iPad is super nice and easy to use. My wife loves it.

After it qas determined that either the computer or the Microsoft key code sold to me as "new" were actually stolen the Geek Squad person refused my request for assistance at the store to help ke rectufy yhe situation with the stolen merchandise. The BB "Manager" also refused to help me because he claimed I had knowingly been "hacked" by using the wrong website to activate my new items even thogh I had used the website provided to me by Geek Squad" at delivery. After returning 3xs over 4 days I finally got the "Owner" to exchane the "stolen" items for new ones, but had to go to another store for set-up and data transfer

I love my Surface Pro. I have been wanting to have this light weight combination of laptop and Ipaf and I got both with it. I bought an adapter and was able to add my extra big monitor and a mouse

Wanted extra protection with a ten year old, five year old, and a puppy in the house. So far, so good, but you just never know!
