Great idea to have the extra protection for all of your products

it's been a game changer. The plan covers a wide range of issues, from accidental damage to mechanical failures. If they can't fix the item, they'll replace it. If I decide to sell the product, the protection plan can be transferred. Note: Some items have better coverage terms than others. It's important to read the fine print to understand what's included.

I buy all my appliances from Best Buy. They have a great warranty and the service is great. They answer all my questions and make sure I understand.

Protection when things happen. BestBuy has fixed or refunded the purchase price of equipment that I have had failed in our real world home.

Worth getting the coverage. The bottom element on our oven broke about a month before our warranty was up. Cost $80 for geek squad to come out to diagnose & fix the problem (it’s not completely free with the warranty, there’s a deductible they don’t mention when selling to you) but much better than the $120 they would charge just to diagnose, and then you have to pay for parts & labor service. Will be getting the extended warranty for sure (past the 2 year) because they don’t make things like they used to. Shout out to our great service tech for taking care of us so well!

This subscription gives me piece of mind as it covers all my electronic products for my family that I bought from Best Buy. With best buy price match, I always get a better deal.

We recently purchased a new TV, dryer, and a printer. Not only did we get the member discount, we also had the larger items delivered and installed, with old tv and dryer hauled away at no charge. I had trouble getting the printer to hook up so the Geek Squad came out (N/C) and got it working on two laptops for me. I have not idea what all of that would have cost, but my Protection Plan covered all of it. I've had this plan for several years, and have made use of it on numerous occasions between two laptops, a new stove last year, and trouble-shooting my old printer. Love that they recycle too!

If something goes wrong they come and bring me a new one

I’m so glad I bought the Best Buy protection plan because the first LG dishwasher that I bought after two weeks had an error code and Best Buy immediately replaced it with no problem and then followed up with several phone calls and emails to make sure everything was functioning perfectly and now I have peace of mind for two years

I had to use it once when I first got my sound bar. It took a little while, but came back fine.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Seems like a good purchase. But with this purchase I was under the assumtion that when something was delivered it was set up and working properly before they left. But they dropped it off and we had issues and had to call everyone and they brother to have it fixed. That was a major inconvenience and was so frustated I wanted to send it back and eventually had to take it all back to a store. Another major inconvenience. Then left without the item because they didnt have another one. And the surrounding stores didnt either. Ended up having to get something totally different and it cost me more. Thank God we havent had a problem with this one.

We have used Best Buy for all our major appliances, buying and installation. In addition to outstanding appliances they have the most knowledgeable and helpful staff! Value, savings and service are the earmarks of a great business and Best Buy’s are always 5 stars! Our Samsung Dishwasher is remarkable !
