Had an issue with my phone and best buy took care of the sound issue with my phone. It kind of sucks that you have to ship it out but whatever as long as it gets repaired I don't care.

Geek Squad offers by far the best phone replacement insurance. I have never been happier with an insurance. No hassle. No hidden fees. Excellent customer service.

Must buy when buying expensive phone. The insurance through the carrier has deductible, many exclusions, and you must send away. Here, bestbuy does it in house at any store.

Best Buy phone ins is the best! Good price and good deductibles if my phone is lost or stolen. Plus they replaced my charger when it stopped working! Love the auto pay also!

I always Buy Geek Squad on everything it's nice that if you have buyer's remorse you can change your mind but I typically keep it because I have small children.

After I received grate service getting my new cell phone with which I received a gift card. I then bought the most awesome TV. Best Buy has the best customer service.

I must say that enrolling in the monthly Geek Squad Program was the best decision I could make. The benefits far exceed the protection that my phone carrier provides.

We always get the protection plan and it's saved us so much on big ticket items when they get damanged. (Smart if you have young children who'll access to your devices.)

I have had coverage insurance on my phone for years through my wireless carrier. This is by far the best that I have had yet. Customer service is fantastic!

I was able to find an apple IPhone SE brand new. My old 5c went haywire and I was not up to spending a lot of money monthly for the iPhone 6 or 7. Great job

This plan is better than anyone you can purchase with your phone provider. It provides better coverage and less headache if phone replacement is necessary.
