The case is much more durable than I thought at first. Dropped it a few times out of a truck with no problems. However the charging aspect needs a little work. First off, I'm not sure sure if it is just me or if anyone else has had this problem but I do not get a full charge out of the battery pack. I usually get around 60 to 70 percent of a charge and it takes around one and a half to two hours to do so. Even after letting the battery pack charge itself for the full 3 or 4 hours like it states in the instructions I still have yet to get a full charge out of it. Also while the phone is changing it does get a bit warm and the instructions state to let the phone charge in a open area so that there is air flow to allow the phone and charger to kool off during the charging process. This is not necessarily a problem but more of just a bummer for me because when buying it, I was under the assumption, that I would be able to allow the phone to charge in my pocket while out and about and on the go. Over all I do like this product even though it's not as versatile as I had imagined it to be and I would only recommend it in an office type setting or maybe just an alternative at home setting for show

It’s convenient and it’s slim. It’s charges slower than plugging in an outlet. But it’s good to have a wireless mobile charger. Does run a little hot.

Uses same charger and cable as the phone, or you can use a QC 3 Qualcomm Quick Charger and Cable. Either Charges the phone and Juice pack either quickly or at standard speed. You choose by setting the Charging Speed on your S8. Also if you have a Powerstation mini that will magnetically attach to the Juice Pack, it will charge the phone 1st and or the Juice Pack depending on Phone's battery level etc. Long review said short, The product works great, and the Customer Service at Mophie is Excellent.

Slim design and battery pack last for a long time. Charging plug should have been designed to use the same USBc plug as the phone it was marketed for so I don't need to keep switching to the adaptor to charge it.

I bought this since my phone is always dying when I can't charge it. The batter back doesn't really charge as much as it claims. The case is great but the battery isn't the best. If you need a new case then this is good but if your looking for one with a battery like this, go with something else.

For the most part its great and nice that its a slim case. However, I don't think its worth $100.

This was the only case that Best Buy had at there location. I bought it and the small extra Battery was completely Dead. And when using it to help keep a charge on the phone it get almost too hot to touch.

Love the fact that you can use the battery as a wireless desk charger but also attach it to the back of the case and carry with you as being part of your phone, so that way you can charge on the go. I hope Mophie keeps working on this idea

Really like this version of the mophie case. protects the phone AND gives you an extra boost when you need it. For some it may be a bit heavy but I like the feel of it.

I love the fact that the battery is attached via a magnet and you can use it as wireless charging stand, so it's like a mini wireless charging if you can look it that way. You can also get a replacement for the battery through Mophie's site. Once you're done charging it, you can remove it from the back, so you don't always carry a bulky case, like the standard Mophie cases.

Sadly the advertisement is not valid as this is just the charge force case and the external battery :( It states that this has both the battery pack and the external battery but it is not correct.

Has premium leather feel with magnetic feature that works with all my existing mophie accessories.

I tried this several times. Did not charge full only 50% then it was dead. The case it came with is sturdy.

This mobile case for Samsung S8 and the Mophie battery solved my charging issues when not near a power source. Although an older model in BB clearence section, it worked immediately to wirelessly charge my phone.

It does the job but it's kind of bulky and sometimes you have to remove the phone case for it to connect and charge..

I occasionally am is a situation where I can't charge my S8 and power runs very low. This is exactly what I needed to carry me through. The case fits well and I like the extra power it gives me.

Love that the battery is magnetized so I don't have to keep it on all the time but when I need to charge it sticks while charging and not adding permanent bulk to the phone case

I love having the extra juice from the battery case. Even in bad cell areas that would drain the phone quickly I have battery when others do not.

It lasted for about a year before it finally broke.

I had the older version of a wonderful Mophie case which worked well for this same phone. After a nasty drop I went to get the same thing but this seemed to be the newer model. With 100%battery and this charged to 100%, I was only able to record roughly 1.5 hours of video intermittently at a concert festival before both devices were at zero. I had successfully done the same with the former Mophie case and had over 60% battery life at the end the prior year. Missed recording most of the headliner's set which was amazing. Good memories in my head but I wish I had the full set to watch over and over. This product left me very disappointed.
