I love mophie

I'm not sure if this was a best buy issue or mophie issue but I didn't get any accessories at all. Returned the product and the next 2 cases didn't have it either. Luckily the store clerk verified all of it before I left so kudos to her.

Very glad they went back to allowing the phone to sync through the case, when plugged in. I missed the songs albums sync'ing in my car while the phone/case was plugged in. Would have given 5 stars if case changed 100% of phone battery, but I can live with 60%.

I wish the battery was a bit bigger for longer charging capacity, but you can always buy the next one up for that. Other than that - Mophie stays committed to their product! Highly recommend.

Very slippery case.

It also was not as powerful as I thought I was getting as there was a mixup at the store. I wound up returning the item and ordered a different case w/battery
