This works wonderfully in the beginning and has saved me a number of times, especially on long trips. Unfortunately after a year this product begins to lose its ability to charge my phone the battery completely. Also would like a wider range of colors.

Provides much needed battery life extension particularly if you are on the phone constantly. Charges quickly. Adds a little bulk to the phone.

I'm happy I spoke to several people on line. After careful research, I thought that my decision to purchase a " MOPHIE " juice pack, was a great investment... in a quality product. So I went directly to " BEST BUY " I also found out that this unit was endorsed by " APPLE " too. It is a beautiful, sleek, light and very well made. My suggestion. " You are safer with a " MOPHIE " . And too much power could damage your cell phone. The beautiful protective case, fit's like a glove. It really impressed me. It has an on and off button Red & Green. So go with a MOPHIE " at your " BEST BUY " in town

It's top quality and it works as advertised however it is very slick and I lost the grip of my iPhone twice on the first day. I had to add some tape to the back of the unit to keep from losing grip and that takes away from the Appearance of this item. Also this replaced another battery case which lasted much longer than this and not much heavier. However it does last about a half a day before taking it to the iPhone for the power.

I love Mophie! It always comes in handy when your battery is low & you're out!! 2cons: it does make the phone heavier/bulkier AND it can chip when dropped.

This case comes in quite handy without having to worry about finding a way to charge your phone. Only wish the case would stop charging when the phone reaches a hundred percent. That's the only reason it did not get five stars.

Love this case and that the color matches the color of my phone. The extra battery is so helpful. The only downside is the weight it adds to the phone.

Wish Mophie would offer a 100% or 120% external Juice pack battery case for the iPhone 6 Plus. I purchased the 60% case and really like the convience of switching on for charging rather than finding a plug to charge.

I bought mine the week before the 6s+ was released. I had preordered my phone and was worried about getting one once the phones were released. Fits nice and tight.

Had to return 2 of these, 3rd had the same problem but I didn't bother returning it. For some reason it loses connection or something, and then immediately reconnects. It randomly stops charging for a second, then starts again, making the sound the iPhone makes when you first plug it in. Happens repeatedly when it's about half way drained. Really annoying. But it does add a lot of much needed battery life.

I don't have to worry about running out of battery on those days where my phone gets more use. The protection the case gives is worth the investment.

Since I have started using it my cell phone was protected by solid case and never out of charge. Highly recommended. Wish the price goes down a bit

I wanted the other Mophie that provided more battery power, but Best Buy was sold out. This item is good...if only for a short while. It only charges the battery life up to 50-60%. To be fair, it does advertise this.

I love the battery life of this Case, but it is very slippery to hold onto and heavy. I dropped it once and the back cracked by the camera. So it cracks easily.

Great case charger. Extends the phone battery life at lest 2x with significant daily use. Also solidly built protecting the phone well

Purchase was made for a friend visiting from out of the country. She's 84 and still working. She arrived with a new I-phone 6 and needed help so I brought her to Best Buy. Don't know anything more on the satisfaction score but probably fine.

A "No brainer.." when you need extra battery life. I've used Mophie cases for several years - slim, durable and delivers the juice!

I've had mophie rechargeable cases for my last three Apple cell phones. Love the feel and durability of the case - and as form should follow function - it functions wonderfully as a battery backup for long days or travelling when power charges are impractical for a heavily utilized phone. Only negative is the need for an adapter (included) for my Bose QC earphones. My Bose sport headphones fit the slender jack space ok, however without the adapter.

It does charge the phone as advised, but doesn't save it from a fall... I would recommend for charging, but not for keeping on your phone as a case.

It's a great backup case. They need to improve the case to be 100% charge not 80%. I also wish you can use your Apple charging devices on it with case as well . Other than that it does great
