This battery pack has extended the battery life tremendously. It’s sleek design keeps the phone bulk to a minimum.

Glad to have extra battery life. Although I haven't seen a tremendous change just yet. I guess I am on the phone to much.

Fits the phone well. Works as expected. Love knowing I dont have to have a charging cable everywhere I go.

Great battery when your on the low and fits with screen protectors and it's very grippy so it won't slip

It works well with the phone. A bit tricky to put the phone in case but once you get it in it doesn’t move around.

I have been able to constantly use it to charge my phone from 20% to a little over 80% while streaming music to my bluetooth headphones. Realize that this is a 2500 is mAh battery, and the note 9 has a 4000 mAh battery. So it could never charge your phone from 0 to 100%. May be 0 to 60% ish...

Battery case is pretty sturdy. Having the extra power helps get the phone through the day. I do recommend this other Note 9 users.

The case charges very fast, and is very sleek. Not bulky at all.

I REALLY LOVE THE MOPHIE CASES. I ALWAYS BUY ONE FOR EVERY PHONE JUST IN CASE OF EMERGENCY'S OR WHEN I'M OUT AND DON'T HAVE MY PHONE CORD WITH ME AND I'M RUNNING LOW ON JUICE. I ALSO LOVE THE FACT THAT WITH THIS CASE IT'S NOT BULKY OR HEAVY AND MADE MOSTLY OF SILICONE AND REALLY EASY TO PUT ON.

I love using this battery case for a quick charge. it is just really heavy.

Awesome battery case.Needs built in screen protector to make it perfect.Did not keep because of this.I blason has great cases with screen protectors.otter box sucks without screen protection.Glass screen protectors fall off in cold weather.Wish they would make this to protect a $1,200 phone .But for what it is it works perfect, would recommend.

Used these products in the past with good luck. Only draw back on this one is size and weight.

I love the idea of having the battery charger added to the case. Only concerns were, will the battery charge/drain battery if it's always plugged in? I don't want to hurt the battery life so new into the phone. Will it hurt that, right out of the gate? Also, it's a little too bulky to use daily, if I don't yet need the extended battery life. Mainly planning to use it once my battery life on my phone goes some.

If you are a heavy phone user, this is a great case to have. Adds another 2500mA to the phone, to go even longer between charges. The other day I went nearly 10 hours of screen on time, and could have gone for more (I put it back on the charger when I went to bed). Also, the shape of the case is really comfortable to hold.

Im unable to carry charges with me a lot, so this has saved me several times.

Price is a little pricey but it's good when needed on an emergency.

Well, 1) It will not charge your Note 9 to 100% unless you begin using it when your phone gets to about 45%. It just doesn't have enough juice in it to do more than that. 2) You can't use it with things like Android Auto or anything where you feed through the USB-C. You can only charge it when on the phone. 3) Don't be fooled it adds quite a bit of weight to the phone and makes it hard to handle one handsd sometimes which lends itself to being dropped. But other than that, if you are just looking to top the battery off while in an airport or in a pinch its serves its purpose.
