It charges your note 9 60% from 100 still pretty good but I wish it actually gave it a full charge.

I go on alot of mission trips. You never know when you close to a power source. This is perfict. It chages my phone 2 times

The same excellent performance I have come to expect from Mophie Juice Packs. I have tried several other brands and wind up back here every time. I do wish the Mophie had a little more capacity as I use my phone very heavily for work, but higher capacity packs interfere with the NFC function and seem to require removal of the pack for wired connectivity to my laptop and for wireless charging.

I was really looking forward to using this charger case as it came from the case charger main brand mophie. I had tried some from Amazon but they quickly fell flat or just had straight errors out of the box. While this device does work well, fits well, and still comfortable to hold with an already big phone, the charging capability is truly abysmal. I was hoping to at least get a full charge out of it when fully charged, however that is nowhere near the case. I keep it plugged in and use it between phone and charger, it basically "siphons" charge from there and is more convenient for me. After a night of charging the phone and case are at 100%, however when I power on the case when the phone is around, say 35%, it will be completely dead once the phone hits about 70%. Ultimately that's not bad, but I also got it on clearance and can't imagine paying full price for it at basically double. Definitely not worth it at msrp.

Definitely a step up from the note 8 mophie. 1 piece, flexible and durable design

It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have the extra battery time.

Works great and was on sale so that makes it better.
