Didn't Charge the phone all the way

I understand to get more life you need more size, but I think I’m better off without. Honestly my phone seems to discharge quicker with it attached.

Charger that rarely charges

And that one worked correctly only part of the time. When you plug it in, you never know if the phone or the charger is going to get charged. That is, if any of them do. Once in a blue moon both of them charge and I am where I am supposed to be with this purchase. Definitely a good, strong cover though. But, not worth the money and aggravation. I have called Mophie and they act like they have no clue what I am talking about. No help whatsoever.
