I am a heavy phone user ( 3000 + minutes a month) and I purchased it to extend my battery life. I end up buying 3 a year because the battery fails after my use. I don't know if it is because of my usage, but note that best buy doesn't sell a warranty for this item. They sell warranties for almost everything, and there is a reason they do not for this product.

When charging it it doesn't charge all bars. But overall it's great

I love this item. It worked so fine with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and it fits on my new S7 as well. Unfortunately with new models and new technology so hard to find it again.

Good product. I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend this for heavy users.

I didint not like the fact that the charger broke like 2 weeks after I bought this product.

so far so good. The case is firm and I dropped it last week and it didnt break

Bent charger shaft: way to easily bent after less than 1 month usage...

I purchased this as a gift, it's very durable. The person I purchased it for loves it, cool gadget.

My battery was always dying on me due to the amount of pics I take. Decided to buy this product and it has been a life saver on vacations.

So far this case seems to work well with my phone.

The sale was even better a few days ago. Oh well, its still worth getting to always have the peace of mind to have your phone working.

This battery pack is so convenient and comes in handy when your somewhere you can't plug in. I would not go anywhere without it!!!

I've had a Mophie before but never one that went bad so quickly or caused my phone (a Samsung Galazy S6) to have a nervous breakdown so easily. The first week or so there were no problems at all. Then, all of a sudden, the device started randomly cutting off and not charging, all while making my phone send me "erratic charging" messages. Not only that, but lately the Mopie (and my phone) will get so hot when charging that I have to remove the phone from the device to let it cool. I'm beyond disappointed. Mopie's quality has gone right in the toilet.

Have dropped my 1st case multiple times, still works but looks real bad. Purchased a second one. No complaints.

The product performs as advertised. It is great when you are traveling or out and unable to access power
