The mophie is an excellent product and used it before

It’s a great option if you’re looking for something that chargers your phone at a rapid rate. It also protects it. It has a bit of weight to it but other than that it’s perfect

I am so happy with this purchase. I took it yesterday to Disneyland, my daughter and I charged our phones,mine was like in 40% and hers at 23%. We charged both untill 100% and there still left 2 bars on the case. My daughter has an iphone 6s and it fits too :)

At least to my mind, this has been a great purchase. The fit is tight but not excessively so, the QI link makes my IPhone 7 adapt universally wireless charging pads. And the additional battery housed in the case allows me to work untethered throughout the day with my hotspot. I have even dropped it a few times from 3-4 feet onto asphalt. My phone at this time anyway is still crack and blemish free. Thanks Mophie for such an awesome product.

Male charging port on Mophie was scratched when purchased. Stopped charging after about 3 weeks. I missed the 30 day return window by a week, so Bestbuy would not exchange. Have not been able to reach anyone at Mophie so my money was lost. Very unfortunate and unexpected.

This is a great case for people on the go and use their phone a whole lot for business. I have an iPhone 7. Does it make it a little heavier, yes. Does it make it a little thicker, yes. But if you use your phone a whole lot it is worth the extra weight! My phone will get down to 10%, press and hold the button on the back, and within 20 minutes your back up to 100% and you’ve only used half of your backup! I also purchased the wireless charging dock and you just lay it on the dock and it charges the phone first and the case second. It’s perfect in the car on the go. It will play your music through the USB port. I also have the magnetic phone holder in my vehicle. It still works. I DO NOT know about the new iPhone 8’s. I do know that ALL cases for the the 8’s that are out do fit and work on a iPhone 7. Especially Mophie brand and any charging bases. I’ve used Mophie for a long time and their cases are very tough and can take some beating! Great product!!

This broke on me right away I’m very upset I want to return it how do I go about that?

Great case that adds moderate protection for the phone. As compared to the Thin Charge case that I had on my previous phone, it is bulkier for sure, but you get used to it after a while. The case feels great in hand and has raised lips to add a little more protection for the front glass. Additionally, sound quality is enhanced for speakerphone calls (or playing music/videos) due to Mophie's speaker design; kudos there. The case is also very easy to put on and remove, and charges with Qi wireless chargers, which is great. So why is this case just a little shy of perfect? First, it is bulky; I can't help but think the thickness of the design could have been slimmed down ever-so-slightly. Second, it has a few design flaws related to charging and charge button. The button on the back that is used to charge the phone and check the case's battery status is easily pressed when putting the phone into a pocket or laying it down face up. This is a huge issue because the case doesn't recognize when the phone is 100% charged, so the battery in the case continues to drain, i.e. you may not have as much juice as you think you have when you really need it. Further, the phone charges slowly when charging from the case, which is annoying. Also, the case charges via Micro USB vs. lightning, so you'll have to either carry two cables or a USB-to-lightning adapter, and you'll need some kind of adapter again to play your lightning earpods. (On the plus side, music and data transfers fine through the case over Micro USB.) All in all, a very good case that could be exceptional with some design tweaks.

I’m stoked with this case. Battery life is great and not having to carry a spare external battery charger with me is awesome. The case fits perfectly over my iPhone 7 Plus, was easy to assemble (out of the box) and friend and family love the look, feel and texture. I’m so impressed with this case that I will purchase a few more for Christmas gifts this year.

Protects and charges phone as described. Promotes handy and sturdy grip, decent audio speakers. It doesn't look as bulky as it use be for the old iPhone versions probably because I guess due to iPhones 7 & above are slimmer and taller in shape. One star less because as it still adds excess weight to your device.

This case is a great example of good things happening when companies work together. While not officially sanctioned by Apple, this Mophie case fits the iPhone 7 snug as a glove, and at the same time provides double the capacity of battery power as a battery pack, plus allows you to charge wirelessly with any Qi enabled charging pad (such as the Insignia pad we picked up on the same trip). Wireless charging is awesome -- yes, it's still not a *requirement* but once you've been charging wirelessly for a couple days you hate the idea of plugging in. And with the Mophie battery pack you don't have to because the iPhone will go for 2 days without charging, long enough to get home and get back on the charging pad (of course, if you do need to charge on the go then you have to take the case off which can be a pain).

I absolutely love the fact that I rarely have to plug my phone in to charge it anymore!!! Using the micro USB cable, I plug my phone in at night and it charges the phone and battery pack and once. The next day, I'm good to go the entire day without having to charge it. The micro USB cable is nice if you have a family with Android devices, otherwise you'll have to bring a lightening cable and a micro USB (kind of a pain then). With three iPhones, we purchased three of these cases, the magnetic car mount and the charging pad. Ask the attachments add up, but they're definitely nice to have and easy to use.

This is a great case which works awesome as a back up battery. I spent the day at Disneyland with my brand new iPhone 8, which was at 5% battery around 2 PM. I flipped the Mophie on and had no problems. It started charging my battery all the way up to hundred percent. I used the heck out of my phone throughout the afternoon and evening and still had about 30% battery left at 10:30 PM after the Fantasmic show. Keep in mind with the iPhone 8 you cannot use the lightning port when you have the case on, i.e. if if you wanted to use the lightning port for headphones, you’re out of luck.

I’ve purchased Mophie’s for the last 4-5 iPhones I’ve had. This one seems to be the best case yet for protection and for battery extension. I don’t need to use the extra battery every day, but when I do...it’s right there with just the press of a button. I never have to worry about not having enough battery. Frankly, Apple should just send these with the phone. It feels like an Apple product. The quality and feel of the materials are second to none.

I happened to be walking through the store and saw that it was on sale one day and I had to jump on the opportunity. I have used this several times for work purposes (media related). It always keeps me fully charged through the day. Totally worth it. Also, it is surprisingly easy to hold despite being a bit beefier. I actually grabbed one for my colleague as well that day because she too wanted one.

It took me a little to learn how to use it which I wasn't expecting because it's a pretty straight forward product. I usually charge my phone and the mophie separately at night to make sure they get a full charge. I've learned to let the phone battery get low then turn mophie on to power the phone. If you turn the mophie off once phone is charged and turn it back on if you need it again it goes a lot further. If you leave it in after the phone is charged it'll go through power much faster. It's been a huge convenience. If I use it right it gets me through all day of a lot of phone usage without having to plug in. I wish it would automatically shut off once the phone reached full charge.

Amazing protection in a great compact case. Price is a bit steep but worth it!

This case is an awesome case. It provides more than enough battery to get through two days of constant use of my iPhone. It protects the phone well too. It even looks really nice. The only downside and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the case is so slippery and falls out of my hand at the slightest movement. Other than that it’s great

I own an iPhone 7 and the battery life started to drop off. I discussed this with Apple tech support and they determined that it was how I was using the phone. But my usage hasn’t changed but the battery life changed dramatically. I purchased this battery case and now my battery indicator is at 100% at the end of the day. Also gained wireless charging. Another plus.
