I have charged my phone from 0% from teh Mophie and only reach a 50% charge each time. Mophie doesnt give 100% charge. Not worth $100.

Gives great extended life, even charges wirelessly on Qi charger, but has no access for headphone connection. As iphone 7 uses lightning port, and mophie only gives you micro USB plug in, cannot use current headphones. Stupid mistake. Nice soft touch product red case, looks better than apples own red phone as this is one is black 7+ And black and red look sharp together. Guess I'll have to buy some air pods.

I received one partial charge from this battery pack phone case and the battery pack stopped working. The cord lasted one week before it came apart by normal use. This product is very expensive for being cheaply made. Disappointed and dissatisfied do not begin to describe my experience with this product. I'll never buy from this company again.

This over all is a great case for those who need the extra battery life. It also can be paired with Mophie’s wireless charger (sold separately) which I thought was really cool and to be honest the main reason for my purchase. It’s good against drops but definitely will get gouges in the plastic if it’s dropped on gravel or asphalt. I bought this when I got my iPhone 7 Plus and got used to the size and weight rather quick. I will say that I have since purchased a different case and much prefer the thinness and weight of it vs the Mophie on a normal day to day use. I have kept the mophie for longer use days and trips. It to me, is much more convenient than a battery pack. One thing I absolutely HATE about it (which is the reason for the 4 stars) is the exterior case charging port is USB (provided) not the iPhones native Thunderbolt connection. This to me is completely inconvenient as it is 1 extra cable to make sure and have.

I bought this case after my silicone Apple iPhone case tore apart after only 6 months of use. I decided to purchase the case, based on its reduced price (approximately, $60, from a MSRP of about $99.99) and its added functionality of having an extra battery pack always attached, as well as wireless Qi charging. The difference in prices was used to buy a separate Samsung Universal Qi Charging Pad, which was also on sale at BestBuy and works great! As for the case itself, it is great and works, exactly, as intended. I'm using it for an iPhone 7 Plus and I love the added functionality of having wireless charging, instead of having to stumble around for a lightning cable around the nightstand. Plus, the extra battery charge is awesome to make sure that my iPhone's battery lasts through the day, after some exhaustive use. Cons of the case, for me, were not deal breakers, but I would be remiss to say that they may be significant for others. These cons include: 1) Make the iPhone 7 Plus significantly heavier. 2) Shifts the center of gravity on the phone towards the bottom/the home button. Thus, it takes some getting used to the new weight distribution, which is some what weird when compared to the even distribution of the iPhone itself in terms of weight. 3) It is NOT a waterproof case. So any use of the phone near water may require that you stop using the case altogether. 4) The port to recharge the phone with a cable is a Micro USB port, forcing you to either buy a hybrid cable or to carry separate lightning and Micro USB cables. 5) Wireless charging requires buying a separate wireless charging base! Any universal Qi wireless charging base will do, but remember, you get what you pay for with these. Cheaper doesn't always mean better. Overall, not the perfect case, but I knew that going into the purchase and I was willing to put up with its cons. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone who believes the cons are not deal breakers either.

Wife bought me one for Christmas, doesn’t keep a charge that well and when it does it doesn’t even give half a charge back.

This case was purchased for my wife's phone, so I don't interact with it on a daily basis. But in speaking to her about it, she says that she really likes it, is pleased with the battery life, and has very little negative to say about it. The biggest downside for her is the additional weight it adds to the phone, whereas the slight size increase is not as big of an issue for her. We do wish that it used the same type of charging cable (Lightning,) that the phone itself uses, rather than dealing with different types of power cables, as this case charges with a micro-USB cable when plugged in directly. Yes, the case does charge wirelessly on the two types of wireless chargers we have tried it with (Mophie and Samsung), but the Mophie charger uses the same micro-USB cable as the case does, rather than matching with the type of cable the phone itself uses. I guess this makes sense, assuming you never plan to use the phone without the case on it, but if you do, be prepared to have a Lightning charging cable handy as well as a micro-USB for your case/charger. We're not really sure how much protection this case provides, but just based on how it looks and feels, it appears to give a fairly significant layer of security against typical bumps, drops, etc., but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's as good as a high end case designed solely and specifically for the purpose of protection.

**As a battery case, I give this 4 stars, but for wireless charging I would give it 6/5** **RE Battery Case** The battery case itself is a fairly slim design, which has the tradeoff of not holding *that* much extra juice. If I run my phone battery down to 10%, the battery case won't quite get me back to 100%, although it usually gets me above 80-90% which is typically plenty. If your primary concern is a ton of extra battery life, you might do well to look into a case with a larger battery, though you may have to sacrifice wireless charging. HOWEVER **RE Wireless Charging Case** A wireless charging case was on my wish list for a very long time but I had trouble pulling the trigger due to the price commitment (not just the case but the accessory pads as well). I purchased this case, the mat for charging at night, as well as the Desk mount, which I converted into a car mount with a cheap stand ($10) I picked up at a discount store (TJ Max, Ross). (Best Buy had been running a sale when purchasing 3 accessories together so it made sense to pickup the desk mount, pad, and phone case together) It's not only an awesome purchase because it charges wirelessly, but the magnetic connection made mounting the stand in the car an easy upgrade. I've now got easy access to Maps and music while driving. The only issue I've had is with the flat charging mat, but I'll review that separately from this case as I've had zero issues charging with the Desk Mount (in my car). The case has been a fantastic purchase overall, and I'm happy I decided to splurge. Now if only it fit the iPhone X...

iPhone 7 was almost perfect except one thing- no wireless charging. Well the Mophie case gave me that PLUS a great boost in battery life AND a great magnetic connection for my hands free in my car all the while charging. I can now last he whole day with one charge. When you charge, the case prioritizes the charge first to the phone then the case!! Charge wirelessly OR Sync and charge thru the usb mini port. (Down side- had to change to usb mini cords- pro- they are cheaper then lightening cables) other down side- have to pull off case to use wired headphones- but I mainly use BT headphones so- it’s not really a down... It does add some weight and bulk, but not that much. Overall, I save $900 upgrading to an 8 or X by keeping my 7 and getting the best feature with more battery!!

After my wife and I upgraded our IPhones to the 8 plus from the 6s, I was looking for a case that would also charge my iPhone in case battery went low. I found a Mophie juice pack. It fits perfectly to the phone and does not really make the phone any bigger. Feels real good holding it in your hands while texting or even writing this review. I was very excited to learn that the case also charges wirelessly via a qi wireless charger, it even charges the iPhone 8 plus also. Overall extremely happy with both the phone and the case.

One of the best purchases I made at BB. It works flawlessly, the reason I purchased this case was because I work a lot in the field “Sales Rep”. I constantly use my phone and drain the battery. Once it gets low I press the button on the back. And it starts charging. Of course case needs to be charged up. But what’s cool is that you can charge the phone with the case on. Really helps. Purchase it and give it a try! Remember you can return it within a certain time. FYI I will be purchasing this for my note 8 aswell.

This is the 2nd Mophie case I’ve owned and was a must when I purchased my new phone. I had the Mophie case on an iPhone 6S Plus for two years and loved having that extra battery life when I’m out of town working, etc. when it came time to upgrade to the iPhone 8 Plus I knew I had to have another Mophie. It does add a bit of weight to the phone but I don’t mind as it also adds a slight grip and good protection from drops. The wireless charging is another huge reason I bought this new case.

I love the Mophie Juice Pack external battery case I bought at Best Buy. Red is a nice compliment to my black IPhone 8+. Yes, it does add some weight, but having the extra battery power is well worth it. It is sturdy too, so it offers good phone protection. It uses a USB type C adapter for charging so the Apple cord is not needed. Also, the IPhone inside the Mophie case can be charged on a Qi wireless charging mat, so no cable is needed.

This power pack/protective case works great. It allows for wireless charging and wired charging. It prioritizes the charging of the phone prior to charging the powerpack. The only drawback is that its a little bulky and heavy. Besides that, it works as advertised.

The case is just as good as the other mophie cases I have owned. I like the fact that it is compatible with the wireless chargers with qoi technology. How ever while it is advertised as being for the iPhone 7plus and the 8 plus, and was told by the sales rep who helped me that it was for the 7 and 8 plus. When I called Mophie to find out about the wireless charger compatibility, he informed me that it was not recommended for use with the 8 plus. Because they have not tested the two battery’s together, and due to the vary small size driffrence between the two phones. It’s makes it nearly impossible to remove the phone from the case. I did however keep the case because as of right now there is not a suitable case to use with the 8 plus. I have had no problems with the case it chargers my phone the way it’s supposed to do. I just can’t take the case off very easy.

It makes the phone bulky and no longer stylish no matter what color you choose. You've probably had purchased a case that goes along with your style, well not any more with the limited color choices you're going to get now. In this case the color is red. There is an iPhone in red. But by this time it's outdated. But for the review of this phone case/charger, it's ok, but you are now left with an micro USB A charger cable, and not a spare lightning cable. You'll now have to rely on the Android user USB type A cable. Oh don't know what it even looks like, you will now. Your phone will now last as much one extra phone. If you are a constant heavy user on your phone this case will be OK for you. Just don't forget to charge the "PhoneCase" with the different cable you are now using. It's $100+, enjoy to be still plugged in to the wall.

I bought this due to the update rolling out, and big surprise, my iPhone started acting up and battery life was horrible. What used to last me 2 days now became 6 hours, if even that. I always have my phone with me due to important calls, and checking on people throughout the day. I got this product while it was on sale, and it's awesome. Offers complete protection, without being too bulky and adding a substantial amount of weight. Only thing i have to complain about is that I wish that the battery offered more juice. It gives me about, another 50%, but I guess thats all we really need in case of an emergency. All in all, offers great protection and gives a good amount of charge when needed.

Battery pack allows the wireless charging of my new iPhone 8plus while on my phone. Adds some weight but worth it as it is a phone case and battery pack that fits the phone as if it were an extension of the phone itself. Great product so far. Phone drops no more than 25% per day before charging. Wireless charging seems to be charging the phone and battery pack at the same time with a wireless charger. Recommend the Invisible Shield HDX from Zagg (not the glass version) to go with this.

it pays to buy this phone charger. it carries a wireless extra battery charrge, but it also protects the thin phone. Makes handling the phone much easier
