iPhone 7+ internal battery fights to hold a charge. I keep it on the charger at home and in the car. I was disappointed with the fact that the case charger is USB to 5-pin mini connector and not a lightning connector. I mean, this case is made specifically for an iPhone 7+ or 8+, it should have a lightning connector. The front facing speaker grills is a nice feature. Pretty heavy but I've always carried my phone in my back pocket so this wasn't a big issue for me, but it might be for some who talk on the phone a lot.

TL;DR: extended battery life is limited, would be better if charging port matched on phone, very heavy, shows every little mark. I started a new job where I am on my phone all day, and was very excited to purchase this as I would not be connected to a cord to charge my phone. The first thing I noticed about this case is that it is very sturdy, but heavy. The two part design makes removal and application easy. After charging the case I put it on my phone and placed it in the back pocket of my pants and went about my day. When shopping I noticed my pants kept falling on one side and after pulling my pants up twice I realized it was the case (it’s that heavy). I let my phone get to 80% before turning on the case and it recharged my phone four times at this percentage. I was initially impressed. That night I had to take it off to charge both my phone and the case. A few days later I forgot to charge my phone and thought it was fine because of the case. NOPE. My phone only charged to 57% when the case turned off (with continuous usage and low power mode off). Luckily for me I had a charger at my desk for my phone. Again I had to take the case off to charge it. This product would be so much better if the charging port matched the port of the phone, not only for charging, but also for those of us who are still using an aux cable to play music in the car. If I wanted to jam out in the car with the music on my phone I again had to take the case off. Throughout the week I also noticed that every little touch left a mark on the case. Easily wipes off but still does not look great. Attached picture for reference. While this case does provide some extended battery life, I feel like the cons outweigh the pros of having a wireless charger. If you only need it for one reacharge a day it’s great, but for someone who spends all day on the phone it was useless. I hated that I had to compromise the safety of my phone to charge it with a charging cable other than the one for the case (which is quite short and why I was not using it). Also when the case is dead you’re carrying around a heavy case that is doing nothing for your battery life. Improvements could make this case so much better.

Works flawlessly and does a good job protecting my phone

Pros-keeps phone charged and is nice for wireless use with Qi. Cons-not as gripping texture as desired and makes phone so long it's hard to find wallet pouch

The case provides pretty good protection and it gives you another 50% charge. It is expensive and bulky.

Adds a little weight to the phone but not a problem. Doubling the battery life with the power in the case is a winner. The case is made of quality material and so far seems very durable.

I like it the battery lasts long when my phone is dying

Only case I trust to be able too handle falls/ drops/ damage. Had this case for my phone for 2 years now, dropped it countless times and it still works fine, even the charging port is as durable. The actual charger head will brake off from forgetting it’s plugged In and charging still works with no issues, got this one for my wife.

Product is worth the money. Keeps it charge pretty long

When you most need it, not worries about ran out charge

The case not only extends the life of the phone but is great protection for the phone. Can get multiple charges from the case.

I'm almost Mophie-obsessed. I really loved their older models for my older model iPhones, and I really wanted to get one for my newest. I wish Best Buy had more options on colors, BUT - this works amazing even in a less-than-desired color. :) Mophie changed it up since my last one. It opens from the top now, and with the newer iPhone, I'm having issues getting an adapter for my headphones. These are such great chargers/cases though, that I'm okay with that inconvenience and I'll just have to get some wireless bluetooth headphones instead. I love that they have the material where it isn't super smooth and just slides across tables, but has a little 'grab' to it, if that makes sense.
