There was a weird period of time when I first got it where it seemed to put out a small hard bead of resin from the electric chord opening when the unit got hot upon charging but over time it stopped.

Another great Mophie product!

It does not add much bulk to the phone and the capability of charging the battery is awesome feature. Are usually charge my phone when it’s about 30% and it will re-charge to 100%. I don’t think it would do a full charge of the phone was dead. Overall it is a great product

Long lasting Battery Boost

I had my first one for years then got a new phone and had to buy a new mophie to fit new phone. I had it for two years and dropped it several times. It still worked but I chipped the corner off so didn’t like the way it looked so bought another one. They are great for my apple I phone and I never run out of juice.

This is the second generation Juice Pack external battery that I have purchased. Overall, this has been a great product and has served its purpose well. The change from the first Juice Pack I perchased and this new generation is the location of the way the iPhone is inserted

It chargers your phone first and then the case once it is on. So the case stays on my phone. At work when the signal changes occur and my phone starts to loose battery life, I push the button on the back on the Mophie and it boosts my battery life. Real convenient when I decide to run errands after work too!
