This item didn’t live up to its expectations, from my perspective

This case is a little bulky, but it is not near as bulky as past Mophie cases. I absolutely love this case. It is a must have if you are on your phone a lot. It has a rubbery touch to it to help with grip. I haven't dropped my phone with this case but I feel fairly confident in it that it would survive the drop.

Very good product with good battery life and is relatively durable. Don’t drop your phone on concrete through as the stress points of the case will case cracking to your screen. Only drawback is the micro USB port for charging.

Great to use when I'm on the go and not able to plug in to charge

The juice pack is one of those accessories for the person that is needing power for prolong times. Necessary for those long trips away for a power port or taking a hike in the woods even riding a bike across town. Mophie makes a lot of accessories that can be tailored to your needs.

This is the best battery case EVER, yes this is so new to me, I got tired of having cords at home, in my car and in my purse if I could remember them, so my best friend told me to get this brand and plus it has a 2yr warranty, can’t beat that AND I get a full charge so far, so good.

Didn't Match the online price and give discount though that was going on in store they said one or the other

Great case as always AND it has wireless charging. My only complaint is that you cannot connect headphones (other than bluetooth) while your phone is in this case. Which means you can't connect to aux input in your car

I purchased two of these battery packs for emergency if I get stuck in the hospital; they are great I can keep my phone plugged in with constant use for 3 days each battery pack and never lose any battery power. I would definitely recommend this battery pack to anyone who is in need.

I bought this item for just one thing I will never have to worry about my phone getting a low battery again. When my phone shows low battery I just click the little button on the back and there it is another full battery again. You wont go wrong with this item its worth the price..

I wouldn’t drop it too hard on the ground but the new styling elements from mophies of old is much better.

I bought this product for my child who use the phone a lot and her battery runs down. Needing to stay in contact with her I got her this which works very good when her battery goes low it charges up quick and she don’t have to worry about not having no outlet to plug up being in the street

Husband loves the case for extended batter just wishes it was the same charging port for iPhone to charge, so he doesn't have to take out of the case to connect to the aux iPhone cable to listen to music or use his headphones.

I just can't say that I'm enthused by the next generation mophie... It's a battery case. blah, blah,blah. The charge force would be cool except they want an arm and a leg for them.

We have purchased many Mophie products for our iPhones and this one is no different than the rest. Reliable, rugged, can withstand a severe impact without damaging my expensive devices. I recommend this product to anyone. Their customer service is also fantastic if you ever need to use them.

I like it over all wish I could use my Apple chargers with it

Always does a decent job but the charging port can get loose.

It does work, if you're wondering but he weary... the case is functionally great and aesthetically attractive and smooth to the touch, but it adds so much weight to the phone.

My husband loves this case. He purchases this type case every time he gets a new phone. The extended battery being attached to the case is much easier then carrying a separate battery charger. This case provides security especially while hunting and fishing.
