Not worth the money

Better than an external battery, but not by much
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At best this battery brings my phone from 15% up to about 40%, which is enough to get me to a real charger but not what the description implied. Also, while it seems to charge quickly, the charging of my phone is so slow that if my battery is getting low the phone will die mid-call because it can't charge fast enough to keep up with using the phone. Also if I leave my phone in the case and charge overnight the phone and case fully charge, but then the charging to the case shuts off and when I wake up my phone is only at about 80%. My case arrived with the power button missing but I'm actually okay with that as it makes it harder to accidentally turn on my phone coming in and out of my pocket. I can still access the button with a thumbnail. I like the feel of the case and the added bulk is acceptable for what it does. I feel like it's less likely to slip out of my hand than my slim case. The speakerphone works acceptably even though it has redirected the sound from the port in the bottom, and I like that I can still plug in wired headphones despite the thick case. Bottom line is acceptable but not highly recommended. I will keep it because it's better for an emergency than carrying around the external battery and cable.
