I took a trip abroad with a lot of traveling at our destination. This pack worked out perfectly for long days and got a lot of use. My GPS was constantly running and my phone held up because of this charging case. Only downside is that it would in occasion get really warm and I'd shut it off to let it cool just to be safe.

As a protective case, it gets a 5. The design of this case is 100 times better than the one I had for the 7. The phone inserts into the bottom piece and is held in by a rail system. The top parts slides over the top and locks into the bottom. No more drops and watching pieces fly everywhere. The only issue I have with my device is that half the time it tells me there is moisture in my port when there isn't (I don't submerge my device). Works fine if I have the phone off and charging from the Mophie. I have no other issues charging this device with any other charging techniques (cable, wireless, etc). That is the only reason why I am not giving this a 5. The 2700 mAh doesn't give you a whole lot of extra time on the device. The one for the S7 seemed to last for days. Also this one doesn't speed charge half the time. I also tested this with another Mophie and had the same results. I know you are saying its the phone but the phone works no issues on every cable, brick, car charger, and wireless charger I have tested with. I have not seen anything on any of the forums or on Mophie;s site regarding this. I will be trying to call them.

This case is amazing! Durable, fits perfect and stays charged for a very long time! I would totally recommend this case to anybody that has phone that is compatible.

I had been using a charging block and had a protective case, but finally decided to get a mophie to get both in one. Phone protected and power to go for all day.

This case is awesome.. Love having the additional battering backup for when I am out for long days. I let my phone get to about 25% then turn on case, charges quickly.

I recently received my Mophie mobile phone case and could not be any happier. It is simply the best case that I have found, catering to my daily work routine of being always on the go and never in a position to stop and charge my phone. When the power is low I simply engage the internal charger and get all of the power that is needed to get through the balance of the day. I also want to mention that I ordered by 5pm one evening and received it in the mail the next day! Extremely pleased with the case and Best Buy!

The case is very large and bulky. I can add about 50% of charge back to my phone at one time with this case. So If it goes down to 50%, I can charge back to 100%. Its a one time charge though. .

High quality case that makes it easy to have a boost for your battery ready to go! Has worked beautifully thus far!

As good as always. My old one had a switch on it to charge the phone and this one you just have to hold the charge button for 3 seconds to turn on the charging mode. Works fine but I really liked the switch.

Won't fully charge phone when low battery but that's expected out of a low size battery but will give a full quick charge when around 60%

Ok, so I admit, I was a little taken aback by the price of this product, especially since it can only provide about 60% charge for the S9+, but to have a case that provides me extra power when I need it is phenomenal and I like having the feel of a slightly heavier phone in my hands. It doesn't feel delicate to me anymore. Great product.

Case is thin, and contains a back up battery, which might not be needed everyday as my S9+ battery last about 18 hours a day. It is nice to have the back up in an emergency.

The Mophie case fits well and works as advertised, however the Mophoe batter is too weak for the 9+. It struggles to provide a full phone battery charge.

This is great for when you will be away from power all day and need to use your phone frequently. It's also great for the photo intense events like concerts. It's a bit heavy and bulky in the hand but it allowed me to take 2500 photos over 12 hours without power recharge. It also protected from a drop recently and still works fine so it's a trade off

I think it's super good at charging in an emergency has already bailed me out. Would give a 5 except you cant charge phone and case at the same time

So my complaints with morphia is that we in 2018 and this pack is so thick and bulky which isn’t a big problem unless you have to carry it in your pocket cause it don’t have a belt clip. Bulky and hard to have in your pocket. Juice pack holds charge for about 45 days before it starts draining but charges my Samsung s9+ completely 1 time from it being at 1% battery. Bulky ness is the real issue along with some kind of belt clip
